Thank you for this so very much. I sprained both of my ankles a week ago and have been unable to do anything for a week. I need a light practice to just stretch and breathe. I still have pain in my left ankle in shavasana and in my right ankle is the seated position, but could manage in both for a bit. Thank you, Adriene!
