Hi Adriene, love your videos and have been doing them for over a year now! I’m also a Pilates teacher so am familiar with a lot of the positions. Wondering what you suggest for a faster paced video(s) of yours (with less instruction) that is around an hour in length…basically you guiding us through positions but not have to explain each one in detail. Something like Balancing Ocean Flow Look forward to hearing back and thanks in advance! Sarah

Adrianne, I found the 31 day challenge so helpful – even though it took me 8 weeks to complete it!

I am an occupational therapist, and I have been working with a 14 year old who had a stroke at birth. I have introduced him to a few of the exercises that seemed to really help my spine and they worked wonders with him – he’s quite excited about them because it straightened his scoliosis in about 3 times of doing it! It’s making me think about how to adapt yoga for people with disabilities – my husband for one – he had a stroke 16 years ago and is really deteriorating in his posture. Have you ever thought about how that would be done?

Adriene – thank you for your letter this week and the question of Why ask why?

I found it very helpful and I’ve emailed it to my 21 year old daughter who is having a hard time being present and taking care of herself in her senior year of college.

I also want to know if you can add a date for the road show in New Orleans?! It would be extremely well attended!!!

I hope you and Benji are safe and dry in TX.

    Namaste,

    Denise

    My dear Adrienne,
I have been following you since your first videos on youtube. Your yoga is the first thing I do every morning all these years and I want to thank you for that!
Now is the time that my family will become bigger, I am pregnant in my first child and I was wondering if you could suggest something like “yoga for when you are expecting”!
    Thank you in advance!

I really connected with your email today. I have been feeling very ” hustly ” lately but earlier this morning I decided to focus on the quality of movement and breathing and really felt the benefit of my morning practice. Then I read your email and you suggest this vey thing ! I smiled as I felt we had a connection. Thank you Adriene for your positive reminder. No more hustling Namaste

I recently started practicing yoga and I’m really liking it so far! I would like to learn more about yoga, its origin, history, what each posture means…etc. Do you have any book recommendations??

I would like to start yoga as I am a beginner. Working till late in the evening, I have to cook for my 17 years old son, which does not give me too much time to go to a sport place in the evening. What could you recommend me ? Greetings from Vienna, Austria.
