Yoga Kiss - Total Body Flow reminds us that a little goes a long way and that small loving gestures amount to a big sense of balance, confidence, and ease.

  1. I suffer from a chronic illness called Trigeminal Neuralgia. It affects 12 out of every 100,000 people. Its characteristics are sharp, electric pains through the face. TN is also called the "Suicide Disease" due to the fact it is the most painful condition known to man. A good way I've found to help is meditation. Could you possibly create a practice that is meditative, something to help distract us from the pain?

    1. Shannon I also have TN. What a good idea. Breathing will cause a flare up during Down Dog etc. I often find myself concentrating on how to avoid pain, rather than really enjoying the breath but I still love this practice and refuse to give it up.
