  5. Thank you, that was good. My stress is caused by having severe lumbar spinal stenosis during lockdown. Trying yoga again to see if it helps but would appreciate any tips and videos you think are particularly help. I get a lot of sciatic pain and I am 80years old.

  8. Dear Adriene, I was practicing this wonderful yoga journey while being hospitalised with pain syndrome after having broken my wrist some weeks ago. So I have lots of stress. I am very grateful after the lesson so that I could calm down and lower my stress level.
