    I woke up the other night feeling scared and lonely. I was thinking about the next day and how to get rid of this feeling and this video came to my mind - I did this video a lot when you posted it last's my favourite one and I just wanna thank you so much for it!

    Thank you for this exercise, I really felt better after watching it. One thing I have a question about is the alternate nostril breathing portion of this exercise. I commonly have a problem with my left nostril being blocked, not allowing flow of air in and out. If you suggest I add my own modification the alternate breathing exercise, how to suggest I modify it for myself?

  6. This video does not give you the option to make it full screen. A few videos on this site don't give you that option. Which means I have to go to youtube to watch this video. Which is a bit of a bummer because youtube is very overwhelming and anxiety inducing for me. IDK if there's anything that can be done about it, but I would love it if the FWFG team would try when they can. Thank you and Namaste!

  7. I have been anxious and stressed lately. Thought I would try this video. Was not what I expected. I enjoyed the breathing. Too many warriors and abdominal work. Not what I was looking for.

  8. My mind was very busy, overactive and stressed so I chose to do this practice and it helped so much - thank you for the "squeaky floor" !!
