Yoga For Stress Relief

  1. Another lovely video Adriene, and just what I needed this week! I've been so stressy and niggly and little things have made me very grumpy, which isn't like me, but this calming video helped restore my calm and get back to me again, thank you! 🙂
    I totally love all your videos - I had been using a couple of yoga DVDs but I got bored of one and the other is too long to fit in often (over an hour - and I never felt right to just do "a bit" of it) so it's great that you have so many wonderful routines for all different moods and of all different lengths - so wonderful, thank you!
    I've seen on Facebook that you're starting a new webpage and classes... hopefully I can join in but as I'm not in USA (I'm in sunny England! 🙂 ) I don't know if it will be possible to join or not? Will you still keep up the lovely Youtube channel too for those who can't access the new page? Yours hopefully and with big hugs and deep gratitude! 😀 Mary

I returned to your website seeking a yoga teaching titled something like "how to dig yourself out of 10 tons of paralyzing self judgement when you are feeling totally f*+$ed and hopeless," but found that the stress relief yoga session worked just fine (though feel free to use my title if you feel it might attract more views). I've been sick with bronchitis for 2 weeks, and have spent very little time present in my body for quite a while. Thank you for your gentleness, humor, and the way you manage to guide me through the poses while leaving a wide open space for me to explore what I am capable of and what I need in the present moment. Thank you.

    I LOVE how you connect mind body and spirit. That's the whole reason I decided to try yoga! Its definitely not cheesy 😀 When you talk about 'alignment' 'setting an intention' and 'finding what feels good', you're speaking my language! I can really feel that connection. thank you!

  8. This is exactly what I needed this morning. I wish I could attach a picture here. My yoga mat barely fits in front of the Christmas tree which is surrounded by boxes of ornaments that still need put on and presents that need wrapped! Ugh! But, now I am ready for my day! Thank you!

  10. Adriene, I never got around to leaving a comment about this video until now. A couple years ago many things happened, and I developed an anxiety disorder. I was in a terrifying panic cycle I could not break. I found this video, did it and shed tears of relief and happiness. I finally felt okay again for the first time that week, something I thought I would never feel again. I've been doing your videos and January challenges ever since. What you do is truly transformative and I can't express how much you have saved me and, I'm sure, many other people. Thank you for introducing awareness, connection, balance and skill into our lives. You are a rock star.
