Yoga for Transitions

Thresholds are beautiful... but change can be uncomfortable. Can we remember to trust the process and utilize our tools? There is nothing like times of transition to remind us of the importance of residing in the present moment so join me for this 23 minute Yoga For Transitions.
 
This fun session, with a focus on deep hip openers, low back relief and core strength, is healing for the body, mind, and spirit. Sink into the wonder and excitement of the unknown. Tap into your intuition and move with Intention.

Pay attention. Be present within times of transition, as they can hold great value and bring out your inner wisdom!

Just fabulous you bring me closer to myself .. please keep up this work .. we love you .., one ask is there a possibility to do restorative yoga ., there are so many of us out here getting back or fighting illness would be great to have you along on this journey ... just had a small bleed on my brain feeling lost as Csnt do anything to raise my blood pressure .. slot of my friends have auto immune issues and some fighting the big c would be great to share the journey xx

    1. I've been following you for nearly 2 years. My sister has joined me now, so were a sister act now.
      I still can't believe the impact you've had on me, I m 58 and feel much stronger. I shed 10 lbs and feel great. I'm on medication for anxiety. I dont like taking meds, but I get sick if I dont. I'm hopeful to be off the meds someday. The docs say something in my head is telling my stomach to be sick, crazy right. So I have to be on theGabapentin.

Perhaps it's just coincidence, but every time I need something, fear, love, want, dread, long for or shrink from something... your practice has spoken to mine in uncannily precise responses, answers, provocations, comforts and challenges. Yoga has changed my life. You, Adriene, confirmed and supported my new choices every day. I am in the first days of a new life only because I was ready - in every way - when opportunity knocked. A poem that opened up my heart in a very dark time. I alsmost believed that 2019 had been a wasted year. The poem showed me that no, all lessons learned are a stepping stone for a more beautiful future. Riding the ocean waves into 2020. And a may even try a bit of yoga too!
