Root to Rise

A perfect jumpstart to your day…or to your year. A 33-minute practice to ground physically and energetically. In this session, we will focus on using the power of breath and movement to create equilibrium from the inside out. 

This practice is ideal if you have been feeling off center, or out of a routine that feels supportive. The hardest part is showing up. Take 33 minutes to go on a little journey to ROOT to RISE again. I will meet you there.

  12. THANK YOU Adrienne, so very much. Your videos were recommended by a lovely friend who I saw on my daily dog walk (only meant to go out once a day per person in this latest lockdown here in the UK). I've managed to do a yoga session with you a couple of times a week first thing in the morning, before working from home and home-schooling children (not to mention caring for elderly parents). It's been an absolute godsend to keep me centred, stretched and sane during this very dreary time of year along with a pandemic going on. I haven't done yoga for years and feel so much better for coming back to it. Thank you for your humour and for making it so accessible for a busy, middle-ageing woman! Peace and love x

  17. Hi Adriene, I am so very thankful to you! I love you, truely. My daily yoga practice started 3 years ago with you. It took me back to when I was 18 and in college, and to my hungarian yoga teacher. You got me hooked when I needed yoga the most.

    Anyway, I saw you on that wacky Englishman's podcast show. He does a great interview, but I think you baffled him. You have such presence, you are filled with spirit and I loved that you expressed the need to be authentic in your 'business'. I am glad to spend time with you everyday. Thank you for continuing on.
