Root to Rise

A perfect jumpstart to your day…or to your year. A 33-minute practice to ground physically and energetically. In this session, we will focus on using the power of breath and movement to create equilibrium from the inside out. 

This practice is ideal if you have been feeling off center, or out of a routine that feels supportive. The hardest part is showing up. Take 33 minutes to go on a little journey to ROOT to RISE again. I will meet you there.

    THANK YOU Adrienne, so very much. Your videos were recommended by a lovely friend who I saw on my daily dog walk (only meant to go out once a day per person in this latest lockdown here in the UK). I’ve managed to do a yoga session with you a couple of times a week first thing in the morning, before working from home and home-schooling children (not to mention caring for elderly parents). It’s been an absolute godsend to keep me centred, stretched and sane during this very dreary time of year along with a pandemic going on. I haven’t done yoga for years and feel so much better for coming back to it. Thank you for your humour and for making it so accessible for a busy, middle-ageing woman! Peace and love x
