Rebirth Yoga

Rebirth Yoga is a gentle tool to help you renew, stimulate healthy energy flow, and invite things to cycle through. Join me on the mat for this 24 minute session and recommit to self discovery. Move with your breath as you strengthen and elongate the body.

May it serve to gently remind you that - the only constant is change.

Create some internal heat while you rejuvenate your love for yoga and your commitment to your home practice. Come on now, darlin'... you got this!

  9. Happy birthday from Canada!!! It's both mine (I'm 50!) and my Frenchie's (she's 5!) birthday too today and this video is so on point for us, it's awesome! I've been struggling with the cycle of life, letting it cycle through as it is meant to and what it all means and rallying against change and I realize doing so is like trying to ride a bicycle without allowing the wheels to spin. Derp!!! Thank you for this very eye opening practice.

  15. Comment on a different subject here but wish to relate to Adriene. After engaging in a day of difficult and dangerous whitewater canoeing and rafting in the mountains of North Carolina, I ran into a friend I had not seen in years. The subject came up of how much Yogs helped us survive the train wreck of an activity we were engaging in. At almost the same time we both blurted out that we pretty much got our daily dose of yoga from Yoga With Adriene! We both smiled huge grins and threw our arms around each other in joy at finding a kindred spirit in our practice, although we live hours apart.
    Thank you so much! At the risk of sounding greedy, could you put together a Yoga for Paddlers session to assist us in keeping us toned for our highly demanding sport? Thanks again!

    Here's a yoga request for getting older mindfully, lol: Could I request a yoga for dishwashing? I've got your forward fold and some good ol' tadasana going on for my 'handwashing in a sink' technique, but I'm standing on stone and I find my back gets tired. Anything that will keep me from rounding too much through the back I think would be great.
