  1. I love your videos. I hurt my back running ( I think) and turned to your videos for relief and found it along with your calming energy and soothing style. Oh yeh and Benji the shepherd dawg.

  2. I love your videos and your calm and reassuring teaching and guidance through them.

My dayghter (11) and I play soccer and while we are both just having fun and competing we push ourselves. While she easily rebounds, my 41 year old self doesn’t so easily, rap since I have majorly tight legs... all of it. We are runners too and love the running videos, but that is more linear than the running and change of directions that soccer is.
We would love to see one that puts strength flexibility and range of motion into the hips, core and legs.
That could be done after or just to address the needs of a soccer player.

You have made me a big fan of yoga and my kids love to do it with me when we can find the space and make the time. lol.
    Thank you and Nameste

  3. This is exactly what I need for my half marathon training. It’s a lovely practice, even for a beginner. Is there a way I can download it for days I don’t have internet connection.

  4. Even though I'm not a runner, I enjoyed this lower body session. Stretched out a few kinks and was left feeling more relaxed. Thanks Adrienne.
