    Thank you so much for all the lovely yoga practices.
    Todays meditation took me surprise as tears were running down my face all the time during the second half of the practice.

  10. Hello Adriene, thanks to my 19-year old daughter, I discovered your yoga lessons and started the 30-day challenge which is really helping me getting closer to ‘the real me’ (which I lost a while ago)
    Since my daughter has ADHD and is now clearly suffering from concentration issues during her studies at university and puberty, I would like to ask you if you have specific yoga sessions that could help her focus more?

Hi Peggy, how wonderful of your daughter to introduce you to YWA and now you reaching out to support her. 🙂 Many of the yoga practice could be beneficial to help her with her concentration because the tools of yoga help us all develop centering and returning to the breath. Adriene also has a few focus specific practices that might be particularly helpful: Yoga for Focus and Productivity, Yoga for Concentration and Mental Focus, Yoga for Strength and Focus, and Yoga for the Classroom.

    Thank you for this beautiful practice. I've been working on self-care and on building better habits for my health and well-being; this was wonderful, so thoughtful and serene. I love your work, and the heart you put into it. The part about continuing the line of the self down through the Earth...I teared up. I'm still not exactly sure why, and that's okay.

  14. I have been too busy with work in the last week and not taken care of myself. I usually do Zumba and some of your online yoga classes. This morning, before running to the store on Christmas Eve (day) to beat the crowds, I realized I'll be better off doing grounding with you and found this meditation.

    I squirmed the first 5-10 minutes to get comfortable and in the right position. Before I knew it, my body slowed down and the rest of the 17 minutes flew by. I'm ready for my day now, THANK YOU for this gift to all of us and happy holidays!
