  1. Thank you so much for another great video, I'm always grateful for them! but, and it's just a small it possible to release it qucker? I'm following the calendar here in Ireland (Dia Duit!) and I'm up and ready to go at it from 9AM on a Sunday. However, the email doesn't land until 12, so I'm already in post workout phase by then. Youtube recommended another yoga 30 days programme this morning and although I enjoyed it and variety is the spice of life etc etc.....I'd much prefer Adrienne. So just a suggestion and perhaps it's not possible to release the email quicker. Namaste!

  9. Good day Adriene, i have really been having some good times watching and going along with your yoga teachings and it had helped me a lot.
    I am a beginner, but mostt of the times while practising along with your teachings, I feel some slight hurt burns in the process as well as some sensational shakings within me and I want to know if its normal. Thank you.

  11. Wow, this looks fabulous! I have practised yoga for many years (I'm 61 now), mostly at home each morning but also at a weekly evening class. However, I've just (last Tuesday) broken the fifth metatarsal in my left foot and am in desperate need of advice to maintain my fitness and flexibility while having to wear a large support boot and hobble around on crutches. Any advice would be most welcome

  13. I'm a sad mom who lost her son in December. Tried the Mental Focus today and am going to embark on the 30 Day plan beginning tomorrow. How interesting that I found you today, on your 5th birthday. Best wishes! But it seems as though I am the one who has been given a gift.

This video is perfect. Your sweet letters and your posts on instagram are such a nice touch to my every day life. Running around, doing stuff, you help me slow it down. You help me ground. Thank you for all these years and for making a daily yoga practice so available.

  22. This one was great! For the first time, I was able to do tree pose on both sides without tipping over and almost do crow pose. So, so, so excited and proud! I'm not sure how the guidance of this one was different, but it was powerful.   27. I use the monthly calendar as a guide to my practice. This practice is slated for April 2nd but it spoke to me. It was exactly what I needed. I appreciate all the variations of the poses . Adrienne makes sure everyone feels included!
