Quick Stress Fix

Here is a quick and easy Yoga video to make feel good. This is a great little sequence to stretch the body and relieve any stress or tension. It is sure to re-connect you to your body and perhaps lift you up if you are feeling down. It is a great thing to do after work (or maybe before an interview) as you transition from your busy day to your evening. Take a moment to find what feels good! Smile! Practice self love.

  1. Love your videos. I just started yoga and taking a different approach towards starting/ending my days and how I handle stress/anxiety. I searched on interest some short beginner videos because that is all I have time for I and found a few of yours that I enjoyed. I bookmarked your page and have been doing some videos throughout the past week! My sister is a fitness instructor and chef; she is a Master Trainer for Nike, and a whole bunch of other things.     Love this quick video for after work. I was actually wondering if you have ever thought about a yoga sequence for those of us that are on our feet all day. I am a bartender and my feet, ankles, knees, and wrists are killing me from making all of those drinks. I've been trying to find a sequence where there is not much standing or downward facing dogs but I still feel like I'm helping restore my body and alleviate the pain.

  3. Hi Adriene! I've been hooked on your you tube channel since April when I was searching for yoga to help me get through some health issues! Sooooo helpful and I love it!
    Do you think you could one day do a video for migraine/headache relief? I've been suffering with migrains for about a year now and yoga helps so much with keeping them away! But when I do have a migraine I sometimes wish I knew what yoga to do to help! Just a suggestion! xxxooo Hollie

  6. I love this, and I will certainly return. I have CFS/ME so I couldn't actually stand, but a lot of it is good, sitting. Especially the self-hugs and the neck movements. Love it!

  7. I agree with Jen -- would love a yoga sequence for service workers! I work in retail and all day I'm on my feet, running around, attaching sensors and hauling boxes and folding t-shirts!

    This is great though, I feel better already. You rock my world!

    Your yoga videos are brilliant! You are a wonderful teacher! You are funny and light-hearted, but still technical when you need to be. Your approach to yoga feels less rigid and more organic.
