  1. i love your yoga teaching style! i am new/coming back to yoga person trying to do it at home to relax (for anxiety/perimenopause), tone and maybe loss a little fat 🙂 I didn't see i- instruction for shoulder stand and wondered if it is recommended for a 'beginner' - i suck at it! is this a position that you might post soon? wish i lived in texas to attend your classes but it's too far lol - i live in north carolina. also, i had trouble subscribing to your newsletter - seems the subscribe button is not working for me 🙂

    1. Hi Michele, thanks for the note! The newsletter button should be working now. Not sure what happened but I just confirmed that it is back in action! Be sure to subscribe as we have some great new goodies coming out for the new year. I will absolutely do a sirsasana video- shoulder stand - the mother of all poses! You got it. Stay tuned for that too!
      Love,
      Adriene

  2. Hi Adriene!
I've been loosely following your vids on YouTube for awhile. Found you when I started wanting to do yoga at home and your videos were the most detailed and in depth. I found you to be very relatable and down to earth which made the yoga all the more comfortable when I did it. I've been really getting deep with my meditation practice lately and realized I've been neglecting my body lately so I plan to go through all your foundation vids and slowly make my way through all your beginner vids and just basically get more in touch with my body which I find your vids are great at doing. You have a great website here and your videos are all shot so very well. Just wanted to say thank you for what you offer. Good luck with all your future endeavours!

  3. Hello Adriene!
Love your videos, especially the bedtime yoga one :). Thank you so much, you're a fantastic and fun teacher. Would you please consider doing a yoga video that focuses on helping to heal/relieve low back pain?

    Kindess regards,

  5. Hi Adriene,

I am very new to yoga but have been enjoying and learning a lot from your two beginner videos. Do you have a suggestion for an order to learn and focus on the different postures that you break down in your foundations of yoga series?

    Kindly,
    Katie
