This is so awesome! I have been doing a few poses from your other videos pre-run. Now I have a whole sequence, thanks!!
I normally don't stretch before running, but have been a fan of your other videos so tried this one out. It is amazing. It got my body ready to run before going out. Afterwards I felt more aware of my body and breath during my run and even went further than I planned. I run almost ever day, so this sequence will become part of my running routine. I can't wait for the cool down video!
Hi Adriene and thank you so much for your gentle approach of the yoga! I discovered your channel couple days ago and I'm totally addict ! And your curative videos are really super effective (tested and approved yesterday relieving back pain video).
But... Ok, I have a silly question... Is it normal that after a practice, I always end with a big need of... *shame shame* pee ? Is this because I'm doing something wrong?
Kisses and long life to your amazing channel & blog!
I loved the video of Yoga for runners. Overall Yoga creates great curiosity on me and I have heard of all the benefits so I think I'll follow your videos from now on 🙂 .. Thanks 🙂
Has the Yoga for Runners Injury Prevention Video been published? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!
Hello from Australia! I found you on youtube this week and signed up for your camp the same day!
I have a quick question about warming up and cooling down for yoga practice ~ please let me know if you do it?
I 'm not a runner but i ve always done warmups and cooldowns for my other workouts.... but up til now I've only done cardio or crossfit and so stretching before and after has been necessary to keep me free from injury.
I did your gentle yoga routine today and really enjoyed it, but I was wondering if I should be doing a warmup sequence before I start any yoga practice? Do you think it's necessary?
Thanks so much!
Awesome ore run stretch! Thx.
Any videos that target calves and hamstrings. Specifically tight soleus, I am getting shin splints!

Hi Team Adriene,
I have been combining Adriene’s yoga practices with my running exercises for a couple of weeks now and I am experiencing a whole new way of running. A better one, of course. Thank you!
I am still feeling like a beginner in both practices, running and yoga. Regarding yoga I am obviously a starter: I am only practicing it since three months together with mindfulness. I love it and I am very grateful to the friend who introduced me with Adriene’s yoga practice. Thank you!
Next to that I am practicing running already a couple of years now, but with a lots of ups and downs. Thanks to the combination with yoga, I have now discovered how running is not about achieving results. It is about feeling good. I am confident this new mindset will help me in gaining consistency and enjoying running even more!
Now this all looks simple, but this new way of experiencing running makes it also more complex to me as I am trying to find out what feels good. I keep on trying new poses while running in order to feel more relaxed and not to be hurting. It is like making baby steps to this whole new way of practicing running that feels good. I am now learning the warming up and cool down with Adriene’s yoga. It feels yummy! Then I was wondering whether Adriene has a practice pre- and post-running with stand-up movements? I start my running practice always outdoors and it is seldom possible there to practice yoga on the ground. Also, would Adriene have some tips with regard to how to move and maintain your body comfortably while running, these would be very welcome!
Thank you for sharing what feels good and caring ❤️
