New paint looks great! All clean and wintery, with plants and a singing bowl. Makes my headache go away already. Thanks for this vid, and the ones on pranayam. Love the breath of FIRE video, and the fun decorations, love love love when your decorations change. Makes me want to clean and invite new energy into my home. Is there a possibility we might get some chanting instruction? and more kundalini exercises, I would love it!
Also liked your encouragement to quit smoking (in breath of fire) I quit drinking this year, and am super exited about the 30 day challenge coming up for the new year, having a date with structure keeps me from going into toxic thought. Quitting anything is hard, but with just a little yoga everyday, its totally doable. we will all reach our goals together!:)
Thanks for this video, Adriene. I just discovered you & have already enjoyed 2 of your yoga videos. Appreciate your energy and your willingness to share your practice. <3
Adriene:
Would you ever consider a yoga video/class to target endometriosis and the pain that comes along with it?
You are a doll, by the way. And you crack me up...great sense of humor.
Thanks mucho,

Hi, Adrienne!
I found your videos via YouTube a few months ago. I love your yoga, as it is relaxed, fun, and doesn't take itself too seriously while being seriously helpful. That's so cool! (I have loved the "super hero" and "Simba" type comments!)
This video has helped me through a few near misses with migraines, but I am a sufferer. I can't wait for your migraine specific video, as I would love to stop needing Imitrex if I can avoid it. Learning yoga through your site has helped me make so many changes, including losing weight and reducing my blood pressure meds to nearly none. Whoo-hoo!
Thank you for being you and giving us this wonderful site. I can't wait for the migraine video and more butt kicking vinyasas for the good days!
Namaste!
Shelly
And I'm so sorry for the extra "N" in your name! I can't believe I did that. (I'm usually so careful about name spellings.) 🙁
Hi Adriene,
I live in Turkey, İzmir. I love your yoga practice how you tell it so I can apprehend all the moves and also have fun. Your energy is so cosy and so positive so I love hopping on the map with your yoga videos 🙂 Thank you and hope you go one with your videos.
Hope to meet you maybe one day in America:)
Hi Adriene!
Thank u so much for your videos. I've been practicing for 2 months now and I love it!
Just i was wondering if u could suggest a daily sequence or a video for migraines. Which are really hard to deal with, more than the headaches.
Thank u for help 🙂
Namaste
Thanks for this Adriene. Headaches strike at the worst times- like when you are on a family holiday in Lisbon and should be enjoying the food, sights, sun. This practice has really alleviated my headache. So a huge thanks xxx
So glad I found you! As a mother of three, business owner, and graduate student - your yoga videos are saving the day. Detox, yoga for headaches, neck pain - soooo good. Thank you.
Hello Adriene, Thanks so much for this practice. I often suffer from migraines to the point of nausea. You mentioned a separate practice for migraines. Could you please point me to that video? Thanks again!
I don't know when this yoga for headaches video was posted, but it is amazing! Thank you!
The downward-facing dog pose is a posture with your feet and hands pressing into the ground and the hips pushing to the sky. As well as a range of physical benefits, it is believed to calm the mind so that it's good for headaches.
I am so stressed getting ready for online school to start that I have had a headache for days. I've been doing 30 days (True) but couldn't face it..... so glad I thought to search for Yoga for Headaches!! Just what I needed!! xoxoxo
Thank you Adriene. Not tried this before - I guess it hadn't occurred to me before to see if there was some yoga for headaches 🙂
When I have a bad headache, I put this video on. It kills my headache every time. Thank you for making this video and offering it for free. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm looking for the notes for your yoga for migraines. Mahalo for this wonderful video.
Adrien, you are awesome, intelligent human being. All your videos are great. Anyone complaints me about any aches or pain, I just tell them to watch yoga with Adrein. You are so popular India. You explain every move of yogasana vso well. You have a great sense of humor. Love you Adrein
I am new to yoga and I love your videos. My doctor recommended you for my headaches. I have tried getting into this video for headaches but I can’t get into it for some reason. It says an error has occurred and to try again later. Please advise. Thank you!
Just fixed it. Thank for letting us know, Lisa! We hope it brings you relief. Adriene also has a Yoga for Migraines in case that one might be helpful too.
I currently have a really bad cold and my head is pounding much from the sinus pressure and paracetamol just isn't touching it. Then I remembered dear Adriene and felt sure she'd have something to help and, as ever, she did! Thank you so much for this practice. I feel so much better for it , even more so than is usually the case!! Love and blessings to you and the team ❤
