  1. Hello Adriene. I am a 78 year old former male gymnast. Over the years I have remained active with bicycling, weight lifting, ice skating skiing and snowshoeing, but as expected I have also become so much stiffer and have lost a lot of flexibility. I have recently been doing your online yoga classes and they seem to be really helping me move easier. I am less " stoved" up like I have heard many old timer cowboy friends say.( like an old stove pipe) Thank you for your kind, gentle and humous yoga classes. They are fun to do and helping me to move easier. The classes are also not a torture session!!
