Thank you Adriene. Just like magic this is exactly what was needed.
Adrienne,, I wish to send you my love and thanks. I am a 49 year old nurse and my little cat and I love your videos. The cat rushes in when she hears your voice! You often seem to send the perfect one for my state of mind. I always do your 30 day ones in January too, and recomend you to friends all the time. You have helped my health and well being a lot.
Thanks again
Josie from the UK
Adriene, I’ve wanted to thank you for years. When I found your videos around 2016, it made me feel so much better. You helped me lose 75lbs. You saved my life. I’m 28 and I have a brain disorder, and I had accepted that I’d never be happy. Then, you reminded me that yoga is amazing and loving myself is amazing. Thank you so much for helping me, I always feel better after I meditate or practice yoga with you. I introduced my boyfriend to your videos, he’d never done yoga and never would have tried it. He loves it. He’s sick too, and trying different medicines and doctors really takes a toll on him. Thank you so much for helping us ❤️
Adriene, you are refreshing and calming. Thank you! Would you consider making a “yoga” video to be used in airline travel? I’m headed to the UK on a 9 hour flight and it would be great to have something to do in the seat that promotes calm, mindfulness and helps prevent DVT (clots). Just listening to your voice and doing breathing would do wonders!
Hi Tracy! Just got to YouTube and type in the search bar "yoga with adriene travel yoga" and there are quite a few videos that will pop up including one for yoga on an airplane! Have a great trip!
Dear Adriene, Your yoga videos have changed my life!
I suffer from generalised anxiety disorder and doing your yoga lessons each day has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I cannot afford the subscription but have done the free courses over and over again. This video today was just what I needed. Sending so much gratefulness from South Africa - thank you xxxx
Great session, so much needed 🙂 Thanks Adriene
Thank you for making this videos available for all. Entirely what I needed this evening - amazing!
On my journey to stop letting fear control my life I’ve read a lot of self improvement books. I found meditation and affirmations are truly life changing habits... yet something was still missing. I needed to take care of my body as well as my mind, they are intertwined. I came across your website and I am so happy I did.
Thank you for what you do.
As a beginner in the world of yoga I’ve found your videos to be incredibly helpful and easy to follow. You inspire me to keep my yoga practice going and I am thoroughly grateful.
Thank you amazing Adriene. I'm a big fan of your yoga classes and they have really helped my neck, sciatica and stress levels!
Thank you for sharing 🙂
I am following the monthly calendar so I did on 6/30/20. I did at end of a stressful day. This practice did not have difficult poses but it was difficult! I didn't realize how tight I was! I struggled to push through but I did and it was worth it!
I love your yin yoga videos. After years of practicing vinyasa, I have discovered the wonderful world of yin! Thank you!
