  1. Really enjoyed this practice. I wasn't even mad at you about the "squats"!
Great way to start day. Thanks again Adrien.

  2. I loved the session but am feeling achy all over my body this evening. I did the session in the morning. Do you think it’s possible that I’m achy from releasing toxins?

    1. Hi Penelope! That is quite possible indeed. We suggest drinking more water when doing any kind of lymphatic practice so that you can flush those toxins out.:)

  3. Hello Adrienne,
I used to do yoga regularly, when I was in my 30s. I want to restart and your energy is very calming and inviting, making it less onerous to begin. I have found that even a small amount of practice has immediate, beneficial effects. It is extraordinary how the body can remember to do poses and stretches.

I have seen other of your videos and they are also wonderful.

I also enjoy seeing Benjy just hanging out.
