    Thank you so much for all of these wonderful videos and your generous and awesome spirit that flows through the intertubes right along with the plethora of poses.
    I've been 'doing' yoga for 14 years and finally this year on January 1st, decided to begin practicing yoga instead. Between my locall Yoga studio here in Maryland and your 30 days of yoga, I haven't missed a day of yoga this year -yup it's easy to commit to a longer practice, a short n sweet practice or just a single pose a day --allowing me to indeed 'find what feels good' any day of the week -which makes practice not perfect but darn easy!

    1. Tell me about it My yoga teacher on Sunday nights is able to do the same She teaches yoga for a living too and owns her own studio I just keep wishing and hoping that she and Adriene would meet one day I’m always recommending their classes to other people on a constant basis it feels like

  4. After a 4:30AM wake-up and a brain going 1,000 miles per second, finding this is amazing. Somehow you have a practice for everything!

Loved the practice but didn’t realize she had switched legs on the left side for the last one I had to rewind bit back to the beginning of that pose starting on my left so that I wouldn’t be lopsided For those of us who who make that transition with you it would help us out if you say something honey or we don’t know but I love you and I hope you have a good day today Namastr

  6. First time I have ever done this practice. I really enjoyed. Reinforced how important it is for us to stay grounded fir our physical and mental health.
