    I love your blog. I really love the videos. I love lamp. (Anchorman reference there, anyone?) And I love swimming. Would there be any chance of you doing a 'yoga for swimmers' kinda sequence?

    Just finished a swim in a huge heated outside pool (it's cold here in London), with barely anyone but illuminated bubbles around. It was breathtaking (a bit of a drawback when you're trying to swim haha). Imagine the quiet. Especially underwater. From my heart to yours, I'm sending you a postcard in a form of this image.

  2. Hey. I'm new to your yoga videos but I simply do not know what I would do without them! I live in Minnesota and these past few weeks have plunged us into winter far too quickly with some days reaching below zero with windchills even worse.   4. Hi Adriene!

    I want to start doing Yoga from your videos but I don't understand how to ... start?!

    Do you just get up and start doing poses? 🙂 Is there a warm-up you should do, preparation etc? Or if I find a pose I want to try, do I get up, do that pose and go on with my business? I know it may sound stupid, but I would very much want to do this right.

    PS: I'm having problem with the sitting down, legs crossed pose, because if I straighten my back - it hurts! But if I "hunch", I might as well not even do yoga, right?

  6. I really love the way you teach yoga. I am deeply appreciative of how generous you are with your gifts. I absolutely love it when you say 'bend your knees generously!'. It is music to my ears. I loved this particular practice. I am on another program right now but look forward to joining your reboot program. Actually can't wait!!! Does your reboot program come with downloadable mp4s?

  7. I never thought that yoga can also do good in facilitating your digestive system activity. Constipation was a frequent problem of my fiance' and I think recommending yoga is just to him is a right thing to do. I'll just tell him that it's no gonna lessen his manliness. lol

  9. I LOVE this sequence! I have Empower, and love the style of those videos, and the way the flow is done. This seemed very similar, but a little shorter for when I am short on time. More of these please!
