Yoga for Cyclists

Yoga for Cyclists is a great one for cyclists, but you don't have to be a cyclist to get the benefits from it too. This practice is for anyone who is wanting to tend specifically to the calves, glutes, lower back, mid back, upper back, and chest.

It is an invitation to really check in with the sensations of the body as you are moving through the poses. Notice what your body is telling you as you move your body on the mat, and off the mat too.

  3. This was good and much needed! It's not yet outdoor riding season here, but even an hour on the indoor trainer can kink you up pretty good, especially if you're an old, like me.

    l have been trying to access your downloadable collections, but it keeps coming up with an error.

    l have just started your 'ease into yoga' as l am very much an novice but the videos keep timing out.

    Thought the downloads might be better.

    Is there another way of obtaining access to this area not via the existing link. l am living in Australia don't know if that makes a difference.

  8. Many Thanks for this Adriene with a busy office job all I do is ride most days and walk so often end up sore. This is a great session not too long, takes away the soreness & stiffness and opens me up after just a few repeats heaps better than massage... I don’t do it often enough!! Mark from Aus

  10. This is probably my favorite Adriene session! Really gets to all the right spots after a bike ride, or just when everything is tight. Still relevant in 2021 - love it!

  11. I am mot a cyclist but totally enjoyed. I have a problem with my piriformis muscles so really enjoyed stretch at end.

  12. So glad I found this. My husband and I hired bikes yesterday and ended up out for 8 hours which was a lot longer than planned. It was great fun but my body is screaming at me today! This was the perfect remedy. Definitely one I will come back to! Fab!!
