    I'd be grateful if you could let me know whether you have a video on poses for bone health please? I've recently read in a publication entitled 'what doctors don't tell you' about the success of improving bone health with specific yoga moves.

  2. Is this suitable if you have osteoporosis? I’ve just learned that bending forward and twisting are not good for osteoporosis patients of which I am one. I’ve been doing your video as for years and will have to adapt when you do those moves.
