High 5!

You are doing awesome.

You ARE awesome.

The self study continues!

Today, we synchronize to stimulate, awaken, and align.

Be patient and kind to yourself today! It’s not about syncing up with me as much as it is about synching up with YOU.

Today we use yoga and pranayama to light it up.

Did you know you can activate your brain with your yoga and pranayama practice?

See if you can pay special attention to your exhale with this session.

Relish it, extend it.

Most people are pretty good at taking a deep breath in – but lose control on the exhalation.

Today we introduce an extended exhale along with some other pranayama techniques that will leave you feeling….well….

HIGHHHHH.

Circulate energy, or prana, and unlock some mojo you have been missing!

This practice sets the stage for you to begin to break up stagnant energy and patterns.

It’s time to start catching some waves.

Tomorrow’s practice is a quick 25 minutes that really gets to the core of it all.

I’ll see you on the mat!

Yours,
Adriene

PS: Bye Bye negative patterns, thoughts and emotions that are blocking your true rock and roll. Hello sweet serotonin, dopamine, and self love!

I’m trying to catch the beat, uh
I’m trying to catch the beat
I’m trying to catch the beat, uh uh, uh
I’m trying to catch the beat

    Hi Adriene.

My husband and I have started your 30 day practice. You are great! We think you are very relatable and funny and this is the first time I have enjoyed yoga!

Thank you for what you are doing!

Is it too late to sign up for the daily emails? I’m just getting started today (did Day 1 today). I have done your 30 days of yoga and yoga revolutions but got away from yoga for the past few weeks because ive been dealing with seasonal depression but I am so excited that you’re doing another 30 days this year. If it’s not too late to sign up, I could use the motivation and inspiration!

You are hilarious, intuitive, and real. Thank you for the work you do!

    Namaste ❤

Love this 30 day practice! I do have a question. I was i a car accident years ago and I have huge problems with my neck. Crunches I cannot do. I get migraines every time. Is there another way to strengthen my abs without doing any kind of neck exercises?

I would check with your doctor first, but there are plenty of core exercises you can do besides sit-ups and crunches. Maybe Google “core exercises for neck pain” or “core exercises for neck injury”?

Yesterday, I ran with my little boy through the kid-maze / jungle-gym. I felt more connected to my body than I have in ages. I moved like a kid through those low tunnels. Smooth, free, playful and painless…not the creaky-achey-this-hurts-that-aches-aged-creature I’d convinced myself I was becoming. I’m finding the freedom to play again. Thank you!!!

Hello there! I was curious about the capalabati (??) breath, because I don’t fully understand it and I’m not sure I’m doing it right. Can someone help? Please and thank you (:

Hi I was late signing up and started with day 7 – days 5 and 6 were also available but I would like to start at the beginning – being new to yoga. Is this possible?
    thanks,

Hahah… I’m trying to embrace the “at-home-yoga” like you…but my crew isn’t as forgiving and calm as your Benji! The other day my 4-year-old ended up on my head and today my pup did not like the energetic breathing… She just covered me in kisses the entire time. But, at the end of the day, when my son is asking to do yoga with me and my dog gives me extra love, it is so worth it! 🙂 Thank you!

During the last breathing exercise my dog also immediately ran over and covered me in kisses 😀

I’m only on Day 6 but today was Amazing. I don’t know if it was all the extra O2 to my brain or the fire breathing or what, but I am feeling so incredibly happy and content, and it’s been an hour since I finished.
At first I thought Adriene was going to slow, even sped up the first couple videos, but now I LOVE you A! Thanks!!

Today was fun! Halfway through the cobras my Aussie decided she wanted some attention and to roll around on the floor with me. Instead of being upset that my practice was interrupted, I took a few minutes to roll with her and give her some love! Thanks for helping me to find what feels good, and not take myself too seriously 😉

    Hi Adriene!

I just wanted to drop a quick thank you for posting these journeys, my last name being True, this one just called to me 😉 I practiced daily for years, probably 5 years ago now, and it feels SOO good to be back in the swing of things. What the heck was I thinking?! Better late than never, right?!

    you’re the best!

Hi everyone!!! I am on day 66 of my yoga journey!!! I want to give a shout out to “Nikita” ( The Path Provides ) she found Adriene and Boho Beautiful. I have not looked back since February 19th 2019. I went through a very emotional break up with my fiance. I started dedicate 2 days later and it has become apart of me. Adriene is Amazing!! Blessings to all my yogis…..

    Hi Adriene,
I very much appreciate these videos and am gaining great benefit from the 30 day journey. I especially love Benji joining you because my Australian Red Heeler bitch always joins me for my yoga session.
I also made your yogi tea and for someone who didn’t really like chai tea, I am enjoying your recipe very much as I try to limit my coffee intake.
Thanks again for the inspiration and access to your ‘yogi highway’!
    All the way from Australia,
    Rosie!
