I have had anxiety for a while now it's like I go through weird phases of it and lately it's been bad ever since my grandpa passed away about two months ago.   3. I have been struggling with pain for a couple of years - I have fibromyalgia.
    Then I found Yoga with Adriene and it has seriously been a life changer.
