  2. Oh my, I needed this. Thank you so much! I've been trying to maintain a morning ritual, and had been doing really well this week until today and I kind of got in a funk because of it. I decided to try this out in the late afternoon and it really restored me and helped me tap into my creative side.

    Your wonderful videos have been helping me in so many ways this year. You are an AWESOME human being. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and send love your way.

Not sure if it was pure coincidence, but after a couple of weeks or so of pure depression, self pity, feeling absolutely awful, and doing nothing but sit, I decided this morning enough was enough, and I did a short, but effective, routine with you on YouTube. Just that finally made me feel better. Thank you so much, Adrienne, for being there and giving us all a chance to benefit from Yoga. I love your personality, and while I can't do all the poses due to some mobility issues, I do the best I can, and always feel so much better.

  9. I'm a beginner at 64, and am doing all I can think of to gain optimum health . I have done one round of 30 days. Being overweight in the mid section I am not yet able to accomplish every move, but am doing all I can and it feels so good. Thank you for you approach to teaching and your lovely energy. Thank you thank you. I'm going to tackle another round of 30 days.

    I adore your videos!! I am suffering with plantar fasciitis and wondering if you have a short 15 min yoga session that would really focus on the feet. If you have other suggestions I would love that too. Yoga seems to help but I am still really having a lot of pain.

  15. Adriene, you're totally right. If you keep telling yourself you don't have time to yoga in the morning, you'll NEVER make time for yoga in the morning.

    I made it a priority last month to get in the habit of rolling out of bed, walking the dog, and diving right into yoga. Literally, every day is better because it. There's still yuck days, but they are better than before.
