  2. Hi, I just wanted to thank you for creating your YouTube videos. 2016 was a very rough year for me. I started doing your videos on the last day of November and found a peace I'd thought I wouldn't have again. I made it my New Years resolution to do yoga every day. Today is my 166th day. I cannot begin to tell you how much it has helped me to have a place to find new ideas and practices. Thank you so much.

  3. Thank you for this beautiful meditation this morning. Mother's Day is both sweet and I hold it deerly yet also quite bitter tasting dew to a tragic loss of my own mother. I have three beautiful children who love me so much and I am honored to be their momma and I am grateful to have this meditation while they sleep and let the tears fall freely. I can face this day for it is a celebration of mothers everywhere. Thank you.

  5. Grateful for this practice. Anxiety has certainly been a shadow if not an overshadow lately. This is an excellent practice to center down, in and out with. Continue to remind us to accept where we are today with balance of growth for tomorrow.

  11. Hey, I am new here. You do great work. I trained as a yoga teacher but am so rusty so am using your stuff to revise! I have a 2 yr old daughter who I am trying to introduce yoga to.   16. Adriene, I loved your meditation video. I practiced it before getting my day doing this morning and feel more ready for the day. The breathing techniques were fantastic. Is it possible that in one of your future videos you could do a meditation that not only cleanses out the past, but one that spend more time looking more forward to the day, to get focused, set intention and set the stage for a warrior or more powerful day?   21. Thanks Adriene. I love listening to your voice both in yoga practices and in this meditation. I have recently started suffering from anxiety with panic attacks. Yaouch!! Not pleasant. As I am working my way out of these attacks I find additional comfort in what you are kindly offering me. Your voice for me is like an anchor.
