Same!!!! Its so perfect. Today I literally said to myself “gosh i hope this one is short” and it was! On day 10 (my hardest day) I was hoping for a break and it was a meditation day. I haven’t been this motivated to exercise in my whole life.

I’m so glad to keep going with these practices. Feeling tight in the shoulders, but this was a nice practice to stretch everything out.
    Thank you!

Hey Adriene! Do you have any tips on how to reduce cramping in my back muscle group while doing the last pose? I can reach and grab my big toe but the cramping comes within secondes and I have to stretch back again. I guess practice will solve the problem but maybe you have other tip for me. Thanks!!

    Hi Adrene,
You have become my new exercise friend. Four years ago I lost my best friend and exercise buddy to ALS. Her name was Carole. My phone rang almost every morning at 6am to let me know she was on her way to pick me up. I tried to keep excersising without her, but it was so lonely. I realize that I need to get myself back in shape, so after searching YouTube, I found you. You are fun, down to earth, and Kwirky. I love it!
Thank you for your motivation, and keeping it real!

When I talk to my husband I refer to Adriene as my friend.
glad I am not the only one! She makes me want to continue with my practice and push myself.
Great personality and so easy to relate to.

Open. That’s the one word I would use to describe today’s practice. Opening the shoulders and hips was just what I needed, but opening myself up to various things happening in my life is very much needed right now. Thank you.

Thank you thank you for this series Adriene! Your laidback focus on being curious and exploring your body to “find what feels good” has completely transformed my experience of my mindfulness practice and yoga. You’ve really made this so approachable and so much about both mind and body. I can’t wait for Day 15!

I am new to the practice and on Day 14. I’ve been finding that my achilles tendons become stiff a few hours after practice, specifically when walking down stairs. I’m generally a person with strong large muscle groups (including strong calves) but limited flexibility, and my ankles have always been a weak point. Do you have any ideas to prevent injury and increase flexibility in my achilles tendons? It seems like over time the problem should be getting better, but it’s staying the same. Thank you! Loving this practice and your approach!

    Hi Adriene,
Love your practice! Just wondering if its anything to be concerned about when I hear my spine cracking during twists, etc. It doesn’t hurt, but it does seem to pop a lot.
    Thanks!
    🙂

    Hi Adriene,
I’ve been hooked since the first day. I jump out of bed at 5 each day, (maybe not on the weekends), to have peace and quiet to do yoga with you. Love it! Thank you. My college age daughter introduced me to your practice. We both love it. Again, many thanks!!

Question. Im doing yoga with you for two months. I have strong shoulders and arms. So can you answer me if my muscles will become bigger on my arms.or it’s just going to trim them.

Adrienne and Chris, I wanted you to know how much I am enjoying this yoga practice. I live in a remote part of the UK and my local class closed. I came across your youtube videos and it has been inspiring. It’s like having your own yoga teacher in the room – not just that – but one that doesn’t take herself too seriously. I love the variety. Thank you for inspiring me to exercise every day, I’m starting to notice that my body creaks less but, perhaps more importantly, my mind feels much more serene. I don’t really ‘do’ comments online but wanted to say a sincere thank you.
