Welcome to Dedicate Day 28! Today’s special practice invites you to return to your reason for intentionally going on this journey… and then take it one step further. Dedicate today’s session to someone or something outside of yourself. Connect the dots. Find What Feels Good.

This 19 minute yoga session is hands free and low to the ground.

    Just what I needed to cap of this day! <3 Every day, my sweet Orion and I get into downward dog and today he put his paw over my hand and was looking straight at the laptop on the floor. So I choose to dedicate this wonderful session to him. Namaste and thank you, Adriene!

    Thank you! Loved this practise and was a nice surprise to work muscles too as I thought it would be a softer practice! Great combo as usual! And first tears on the mat (good ones) when you asked us to Dedicate practice to someone else ❤️

    My wife and I are in our late ’60’s with typical age-related sore joints, stiffness, etc. We’ve been following Adriene’s videos for 2 months now. We really enjoy Adriene’s positive outlook, encouragement and easy-to-follow guidance. More importantly, we are feeling the positive effects in flexibility, strength and overall well-being. Thanks, Adriene!

    Doing this practice at home on our boat on the River Thames UK. It’s the 25th April 2020 in the midst of the Corona Virus Pandemic. A good time, if ever there was one, to dedicate this parctice to my grand daughter Louise who is a nurse on a Covid Ward and to all medical staff and carers working to save lives. Stay safe out there.

    Perfect start to Christmas Day here in the UK on this what must have been a very trying year for us all. I dedicate this practice to all the key workers who have gone above and beyond and continue to you. Also to my brother in Australia who is struggling with liver disease. Peace and happiness to all today wherever you are.

    Figuring out how to dedicate this practice to was oddly frustrating and stressful. Everyone I thought of came with baggage — which, no doubt, meant I should probably be dedicating the practice to ANY of them, right? Even considered my dog (before you even mentioned Benji!), but that didn’t feel right either. It wasn’t until the very end, when you reminded us about our dedication that it was suddenly obvious: I dedicated my practice to YOU, Adriene! (And Benji, too, of course.) Thank you for sharing your gifts!
