Welcome to Day 10! Today's full body session will replenish and help to clear any stagnant energy welcoming a clear mind and strong body. Use the vocabulary you've learned thus far to build strength, increase flexibility and EXPAND all possibilities.

  3. Loved this one so much, too! My day turned busier than expected so this had to wait till afternoon. Am glad that was so as this practice was just what I needed to shake off the day's work stress and cobwebs and 'find myself again.' Feel amazing now. Thank you so much, Adriene! What would we all do without you?

  6. I’m doing this practice on a ship in French Polynesia. You are saving me from myself❤️ Seriously, very grounding and hilarious to tr6 to do som3 of these poses. I’m a few days behind becaus3 of rough seas thank you and namaste

  7. Good Morning! I loved this practice today. I am still on the plan of Dedicate, just a bit behind. (recurring theme for me! lol) The sequence here certainly delivered the goods exactly as advertised....Cleared Stagnant Energy!!...and then some may I add!! Thank you!

    The path of yoga is so beautiful and I find quite necessary. Thank you for sharing these practices in such a beautiful and inspirational way.
