In the final forearm-balancing-thread the needle set, my muscles around my shoulder blade feel like they are ripping. Any advice on positioning or what I am doing wrong in the foundation of this exercise?

  10. Hi Adrienne, when I do this core practice, my neck is really sore while I'm holding my head up. It actually hurts my neck around my throat. Is it just me or does it need a lot of practice to get strong around the neck? I would like some tip please...

  11. This video is amazing!! Core is my least favorite part of the body to work out, but this video makes it fun and dynamic! I will definitely watch this video whenever I really don't feel like doing core work and I need to ๐Ÿ˜‰

  12. ok, having created this wonderful home practice I decided to add in a few more challenging, toning and heating asanas. Couldn't quite do the side plank yet but I am inspired to remain committed to strengthen my core.
