Can I just say I am really loving the mantras? Today, I was feeling a little hesitant to get to my dance class--it's a (non-professional) performance company, and can feel rather pressurized. Tonight was our first rehearsal after the holiday and I felt myself dragging my feet... then, involuntarily, the words "I am capable" fell into my head. And I smiled at those words, and felt better, more at ease. And mid-way through the class, when my mind was drifting, I thought those words again, and felt a fresh surge of energy. I know I'll return to these videos, is what I am saying. Thank you.
Wonderful experience today. My body is getting in tune with the program and feeling it is helping out the areas still affected by my recent hernia surgery. So great to have a new video every morning and be part of the crowd.
I commented on YT but thought I might get more of a response here.. My knees feel really shaky in wide leg pose, almost as if my kneecaps are wiggling. Is this something that will correct itself as I strengthen those muscles? My left leg is measurably weaker than my right, including a bum ankle that I've sprained many times and broken once. Thoughts?

I am capable of loving and being humble, to myself, to others. Thank you Adriene for sharing your energy and reminding me that I am a source of energy and love as well. Yoga brings me to that connection that allows me to comprehend I am a source of creation but my pride gets in the way. Thank you Adriene for making me feel like I am simultaneously the weakest and strongest I've ever felt. I've wanted to try yoga for years, but never felt connected until my husband found you on a yoga channel a couple months back. He thought yoga was so easy…until I persuaded him to do it with me about 3 weeks ago. Now he understands. But, we both love your teaching style & the vibe you exude, the peace and the acceptance of where you are today while always striving to be better tomorrow. Thank you. Yoga camp is hard for me, but I'm making my way through it. Next trip through, my husband is going to join me!

I was feeling so down today. I homeschool, and my kids were pretty much at each others throats all morning. I was running behind with my own chores and getting to the store....got to my yoga time and was all down on myself. "I am Capable" is just what I needed and now my legs are all wobbly. lol Thank you!!! 😉
I know those feelings Joanne, as I homeschool too, and have those same types of days. We're now in Christmas break, but the sibling interaction continues. This is a wonderful "new" class for me!
You were the first online instructor I tried, and I am so glad I started this. It has truly changed my life.

I feel so sad these days. But these sessions make me think that there is always some light, in this world. Namaste.
It doesn’t happen very often that you find something that is so uplifting, motivating, encouraging, fun but structured and it makes you feel soo sooo good. Adriene, you are the saviour, the master, the perfect teacher and a fabulous companion and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do to make everyone feel better.
I first started following your courses at the beginning of the lockdown back in March. I have never done yoga before because my body is so inflexible. But bit by bit I started to get into it. You are making each lesson fun and positive and it’s much more “ mental happiness” then body flexibility ( that slowly comes later). Covid or no Covid, yoga with you is a must for me every day and I love it.
Thank you for bringing all these rays of sun to my home. Please never stop. I’m so addicted
