  1. Thanks for this quick bedtime sequence! I love your two previous bedtime yoga videos too. I appreciate when you post short videos (less than 10 minutes) because it is very difficult for me to find a lot of time every day to practice yoga. You are so right that a little goes a long way! I especially love your gentle and restorative yoga videos; they always help to relieve my anxiety and brighten my day! Love you!

    1. I love both of these sequences as well. I try to make a yoga class once or twice a week. When that is not possible, I enjoy doing these type of sequences with Adrienne. They are great!

    Thank you for your regular emails! They always make me stop whatever I was doing and inspire me to breathe or even do a short yoga session (hope that makes sense... my english is not that good).
    But I have a question. I am pregnant and I wonder if I can still join in on your yoga videos?

  7. Hi Adrienne I was enjoying your videos when I discovered that my hiatal hernia would prevent me from doing anything upside down. Is there a way to assemble a practice entirely composed of right-side up Poses? I'd love to keep doing yoga but I needed guidance

    After a couple of cardiac surgeries earlier last year and several medical issues in recent months, I have fallen away from a much beloved, daily yoga practice.

    For quite some time now, I've been trying to talk myself into returning to a daily practice (or any practice at all). I just haven't had the energy, though I know yoga has always increased my energy levels.

    I get your emails regularly, but this morning's email really struck me and I actually took the time to read it. It was just what I needed. I got up, put on my yoga clothes and unrolled my mat.

    I know that email went out to thousands, but it was just what I needed today. Thank you.

  14. Hi Adriene, my sister and I have just taken up yoga and we incorporate some of your routines when we exercise as warm ups and cool downs and we're loving it, thank you.     I'm still slowly doing 31 days of yoga Revolution while recovering from pregnancy and birth. I've followed you for a while now and I'm specially loving the core and pelvic floor practice these days. However, I find myself a bit confused sometimes about when to really apply pressure on pelvic floor or Kegel exercises during the practice. If you could shed some light on the matter in one of your next videos, would be great for all these mamas or women in general!
