5 Minute Calming Breathwork

Take 5 to settle in with me for this calming breathwork session. This is one you can repeat on a regular basis. Feel the power of the pranayama, or breath practice, shift stress in the body, calm the mind, and soften the heart. This session is also great for those who feel ungrounded, overworked, or mentally overstimulated. Feel free to do this session seated on a block or pillow or lying down.
