  2. This sounds great and thank you for offering it free! My only request is that you do the videos with voice-over instruction so as to limit the distracting chatter and focus on the yoga. I have been doing your videos every day for the last three months and find that I can no longer bear listening to the same videos (and same chatter) over and over so I stick with your voice over videos (freedom flow is my favorite). Thank you and I hope you don't take this the wrong way. Cheers

    1. I understand! All of my video programs for purchase on done VO so that you can repeat them over and over without the chatter. Namaste!

  3. Looking forward to this. I am Australian and live in the Central Victorian Goldfields' town of Clunes where there is a great yoga group. I have just started and the 30 day program will be a great addition to these sessions. Thanks.

    I just wanted to say thanks for your time and effort in putting ogether these videos. I'm just getting over twelve weeks of sciatica and I discovered your "Lower Back Pain" workout: it's been a great help in restoring some flexibilityand strength to that area. The intangible is the emotional uplift from your infectious smile and warmth.
    I'm really looking forward to your thirty day programme; in the meantie, happy holidays to you and yours (especially baby Benji!!!).

  5. I would like to try something new in 2014 and 30 days of Yoga would be a real positive challenge. I do yoga from internet video's never took a class and I started to help with running and I've enjoyed the positive mental aspects that yoga practice seems to bring to me. So... can you tell me the average length of time of the 30 day videos so I can do a little planning. Thanks and thanks for providing these videos.

    Since I'm in Aussie and its already the morning of Jan1 2015 I've already started my yoga journey with the morning energizing sequence and if the rest of my days are gonna be like that I am SO looking forward to the rest of them!!!! I feel absolutely fantastic!!!! Thank you Adrienne!!!

    First of all I love what you do! Your instruction is so concrete and easy to follow, you know your s**t, and you present it in such a fun down to earth way. I love you. Is that awkward? I don't care, it's the truth!

    Secondly, wow, thank you so much for offering this 30 day intensive as a gift to anyone who will meet the challenge. I am a broke newly married elementary school assistant and I was wringing my hands pondering how I could aford Reboot or Empower and the yoga deities answered my prayers!

    Also I practice a classical dance form south India called Bharata Natyam, and am preparing for a shared 3 hour performance and the end of January. This is just what I need to polish my form ( as it is deeply connected to yoga) and prepare my body for that kind of duration.

    In short: Thank you Adrian-ji for all that you give to your YWA kula!

    I’ve just completed 30 days of yoga and loved it. I was wondering which one of your yogas you would recommend doing next? I’ve looked at camp yoga or home yoga. Thank you

    1. Hi Katie, you can't go wrong with either of those options. You might want to check out the welcome video for each of those series and see if one of them speaks to you. I hope you have another great 30 days journey!
