  1. Lovely start for the other half of 30 days ๐Ÿ™‚ thank you!

    With love from Amsterdam

  2. Adriene,
I came acrouss your channel last year and have enjoyed your work 2-3/x week. I was excited to try the 30 day challenge. I'm finding trouble staying cheerful today since my muscles are pretty sore. I'm not used to daily yoga - I'm hoping to change that this year. Any tips on how to work through it? Thanks for the work you do!

  3. Hello Adrienne - Your YouTube videos are the best yoga thing that's happened to me all year! I used to practice at a wonderful studio in Arizona, but I retired and we are spending our time in small towns and traveling and there is little or no yoga to be found. I have been struggling to establish a home practice and your videos are exactly what I need. I love your style, your jokes, your attitude towards yoga and life, and your teaching is clear, concise and accessible to all levels. Thanks so much for being here! Julie

  4. I got terribly busy with career responsibilities and fell off the wagon for a few days, so this was a soothing transition back into the daily practice. Thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Harder then it may look. This was a two a day for me to get caught up and it was no relaxing second set of the day.

Looking forward to getting my missed videos done and up to speed with the group.

  6. Lovely practice today. I feel so relaxed. Love the Side Plank too. Nice Sound of Music reference! Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Hi Adriene,
I wanted to take a second to thank you for your wonderful videos. I am finishing up cancer treatments and I've been struggling to find something to help me get back into shape. I was used to a vigorous , high impact workout, which I can no longer do. I was having a hard time with all the new restraints I'm facing now and keeping up with it until the 30 days of yoga. I have not yet missed a day and I feel great! Everyday now, i look forward to watching the new videos, I love your style, your humor and how you keep it different and challenging for all levels. Thank you so much for helping me threw a difficult time ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. I really love all of your videos and this series is amazing. I am so grateful you're sharing your teaching talent and making yoga accessible and fun for those who may not be able to afford a studio membership. Thanks so much! I wonder if you would consider including a guided relaxation piece in savasana sometimes? It really helps me a lot in other yoga classes. It's just a suggestion, thanks again for all of your great work!

  9. Adriene, I just want to say thank you SO much for this yoga challenge series! I'm in my 19th week of pregnancy and have been practicing to your videos every day. I have a teeny tiny, almost non-existing belly, and no complications, so I've managed without too many modifications (except skipping the sphinxes and cobras on the belly and instead always going to upward dog). I simply do what feels good. I can't believe how well it is going and how happy, healthy and fit this makes me feel! There's nothing like realizing you're able to do both half moons and side planks perfectly! Yay! Thank you!

  10. DAY 16: Sweet!!! Sixteen!!! A very easy and soothing practice (until you get to the surprise side plank) nurturing the parts of the body that need a bit more love. My lower back was a bit tender after yesterday's session. What I'm observing is my belly (as I would never refer to it as a tummy now) is very much in the way and knowing in my heart how much better I would feel when it were flat as a plank. My breathing is also very small in many of the positions, so really learning that I need to open my breath more often too. As an asthmatic I have very shallow breathing, so these practices really help me to intentionally breath deeper. Thank you Adriene for unwrapping your gifts to us so that we may unwrap ours! <3

  11. Love this one Adriene,
It's been great, your videos. I do your practice in the morning before breakfast most days now. My 10 month old crawls around and over me during it. Today she started waving her arms at you in excitement when I turned on the laptop. Its a great way to relax and do something for myself whilst being present for my baby!
I guess after we've reached day 30 I can just start over ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Adriene, your online yoga session totally rock my world!
I ''see'' you twice a day, as in combo with the 30 days of yoga I loooove to do your bedtime yoga session. It makes my sleep nice and cosy, sets me in a peaceful gratitude mode before going to bed.
Thank you so much for offering some of your classes free, making it accessible to people like me: students on a budget.
Thank you thank you thank you!
All the best to you ๐Ÿ™‚

  13. This program is so well-designed! Every time I want the practice to be shorter because I'm starting to feel a bit tired, lo and behold: it is! Hooray! This felt perfect today - first time I've ever done yoga in a hoodie.

  14. Dear Adriene,
Arrived at day 16 of the challenge today, and absolutely in love with it! Your videos made the past 2 stressful weeks much nicer, and I'm feeling much better and happier as well. I hope and try to continu with yoga from now on.
Thank you for all your positive energy and all you teach us

  15. Hi there
It seems day 17 has not come into my email yet. Would love it if you could send that my way. I would be disappointed to miss it!
    Thanks so much

  16. Hi Adriene,
I did Day 16 right after Day 15 in quick succession because I had missed some days and am catching up.
Day 16 was calming and relaxing but by no means easy to do. Catching the toes with two fingers and thumb was one hell of a task for me, who has tight hamstrings. The side plank, well the less said the better. But it will all come with practice. Thank you so much for setting me on the path to more practice and flexibility.

  17. I loved this practice! Day 15 was one of the most challenging days for me so this was perfect... I'm definitely seeing progress with my core because I was actually able to do the side plank for the first time today! Hooray!

Adriene, your videos are awesome and I'm so happy to have come upon them!

  18. This was just what I needed today. I was incredibly cranky before I started today, too much stress and anxiety before my upcoming couple days off work (you know, work like crazy to take 2 days off and follow it by working like crazy to get caught up). Definitely in need of a break and this was my break.

Also, I was able to stay in side plank the whole time this time. SUCCESS!

  19. Adrienne,
First and foremost, thank you for this series. Keeping with the calendar and your cheerful practice has really pushed me to stick with it. I feel a bit of difference and ease with each video and for this I am very thankful. I do have a question. Every time I come into a low lunge I feel like I'm resting on my breast and am not reaching the full potential of the pose in my upper body. No matter how hard I try to lift up I still feel like I'm resting. Also, is it normal to feel like I have difficulty breathing when in a pose that prompts me to go chin to chest? I love this practice and cannot wait for tomorrow's video! Thank you again!

  20. Phieuw, did this one and day 15 on the same day. That's some hard work, haha!
En omg, that side-plank, I can't even make it to a side-plank, hope I'm not the only one!
Practice makes perfect I guess? Looking forward to day 17!

  21. Today, for the first time since starting yoga six years ago, my heals touched the floor in down dog. Also no more back pain! I'm over the moon. All the hard work is starting to pay off.

  22. Hi,
Today I did Day 15 and 16. Yummy awesome practice. Lot of heat and beautiful stretches. I used a chair for the half moon pose because I do not have a brick. I tried a weighted ball but that was wobbly.

    Namaste to all of you.

  23. Hello Adrienne,
Love the daily yoga practise SO much! It's doing well for my body and spirit. Thank you for sharing this with us. Wish you alle the best!
    Love from Holland,

  24. Thank you Adriene!
I'm in the I'm on day 16 and I'm finding the practice transformative. I'm emotionally more in touch and my back injury which causes me tingling and upper back spasms, has shown steady improvement each day as I get stronger in my core.
The daily ritual is reassuring and your overall approach in the spirit of yoga of being kind to yourself, others and listening to yourself is exactly what I needed. Indeed what the world needs!
As a mother of three young children, i'm finding a little space for myself, to set intentions and reboot for the day.
    It is really helping me.

    Thank you Adriene

  25. Thank you verry much for these 30 days of yoga! I am so grateful for your classes and proud to stick with it! Thank you!

  26. Mmm... This was amazing! So nice to feel how much more flexible I begin to be! Thank you sooo much Adriene! <3

  27. Hi Adriene! I'm loving your 30-day series. Day 17 did not arrive today. What can I do?

  28. OH MY GOD! FEELING AWESOME! I started 30 days of yoga with you this month. And I began to feel the difference. Its unbelievable! Thank you so much Adriene for your help and support, for your sweet voice leading the yoga, thank you for your great spirit and I can continue like that ๐Ÿ™‚ Finally, thank YOU for taking me into the yoga again. It was really important to me and now its part of my lifestyle. I can't wait to do yoga with you everyday whether its in the morning or before sleep. Yoga with Adriene is the best and I'm not kidding ๐Ÿ™‚ all the best & love, Zeynep

  29. I can't thank you enough for this series!! I have always been very flexible but in the last couple of years my body has just said "NOPE! We aren't bending that way anymore!" And I have also had pretty bad back pain most of my life. I have stayed on track with the 30 day series doing it every morning. And sometimes I find another one of your videos to do in the evenings. Not only has it helped with my back and flexibility but my mood has been amazing! My friends are even commenting about how relaxed and fresh I look! I refer them to YWA every time!! So thank you thank you thank you for everything ! โค๏ธ
