Lucky Day 13 invites you to fly like and eagle aiming for full breaths and eventual exquisite ease. Check in with your Day 13 endurance by softening your jaw and the skin of your face. Unfurrow that brow, lighten your heart and unwind your mind with this savory Humble Warrior sequence. Stretch, twist and FLY. Listen to your body. Don't push. Don't worry, have fun!

  3. Today just felt great! Whether it's the pace of this class, the fact that on day 13 the body is stretching just this little bit further, or the poses you chose were exactly just what my body needed, but I found what felt great today. Thank you Adriene, you rock! ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I am so grateful to have found your website. I have a local yoga instructor that I love, but my schedule is not permitting me to make it to the studio this season. Your practices are just what I've been looking for. Thanks for the encouragement to modify when necessary, but also to try new challenging poses. My intention for the year is courage. So the balance poses are a great opportunity to work through that. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  7. Lucky yes. Really enjoyed it. Did two yesterday to get caught up and was tight but this was great. After session 12 was down on my balance but this was between.

    Really feeling my body changing. Muscles are forming and coming into shape. Strength to extend moves is suddenly present.

  12. Hi Adrienne, on Day 13 of the challenge and loving every minute of it. I am so happy I found you. I love your easygoing and joyful manner, and that has been infused in my practice. Now instead of doing it because it's good for me, I've infused my practice with joy, purpose, and intent. I did like the spiritual aspect of it before, but I could never keep up a practice or a XX-day challenge - until now. Now I feel like I need it to stay sane and remember to breathe! Thank you for this wonderful gift that you have given us all. Doing what feels good has changed my yoga practice forever!

  15. An awesome Day 13 ! To begin with I felt somewhat stiff and inflexible. But after doing the session, I have got back my flexibility. Eagle pose was again difficult due to poor balance. But will get there by practice. Bridge pose was easy to do.

    Thank you so much for the past 13 days! My best friend/roommate and I have been doing this together because we felt we needed a lifestyle change! We both are full time college students and finding time for yoga or any kind of physical activity is really hard. But we committed to your 30 day yoga challenge and as a result we both have already seen changes in not only our bodies but in our school work!   20. Man the world seemed to be against me doing yoga today, even 2 mins in my battery died! But I pushed through and got it done. My back muscles are sore today from the balances yesterday but in a good way. Loving getting back in touch with me.

  21. What I am loving about the 30 days is the way the practices compliment each other. I really feel like the whole program was designed so thoughtfully where each day you give our bodies exactly what they seem to need. So many of these stretches felt so good! I was like, Adriene definitely has my back. And you always seem to know when I'm struggling and just the right moment to tell me to stick with it. That extra bit of encouragement goes a LONG way toward progressing my practice and I so appreciate it.

    13 days in and I'm already seeing such huge improvements! Poses like down dog, plank and three legged dog just feel so much easier and more natural. And the heels are getting close! They're definitely getting close to touching down. I'm waiting patiently for that. ๐Ÿ™‚

  23. I'm new to yoga, being only 43 and my body aches all day everyday, I decided to give yoga a try. I found you on YouTube and I'm so happy I did. Thank you!!! Day 13 & still loving it. Some positions harder than others, bad back and feet don't help, but I already feel a difference for the better!! You rock Adrienne!

    I'm so thankful to you for your yoga channel. I'm so glad I found your site. I suffer from anxiety attacks and insomnia. I am on day 13 of the 30 days of yoga and in these 13 days I have been able to sleep much better an control my breathing= less anxiety feelings. My body feels sooooo much better. Especially my feet, ankles, and calves. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  25. So I usually do't comment, but today I couldn't resist. This was my favorite session so far, loved it!! I'm very curious if my balancing will improve but I love the challenge!

    I did this session in the morning, the sun was shining and a light breeze tickled my face. I'm zo zen right now, thanks Adrienne!

  26. Really loved todays practice. The children have been mad today and I felt all scrunched up and grouchy and was going to head to bed but so glad I got on my mat. Feel like all my tensions have melted away. Thank you so much Adrienne x

  30. Thank you so much Adriene, These last 13 days have been incredibly healing for me. I've been struggling this year with anxiety as a newly registered RN and your guidance has really helped me find my breath as well as release pockets of tension and fear. Today was an especially powerful release which actually brought me to tears, welcomed tears that is, of relief and joy and gratitude. So I thank you for helping me to help others each day.   33. Loving Day 13 especially because I treated myself to a new yoga mat. Have been using my kids mat set during the initial 12 days. Not so good when my toes slip into one of the letters!!! LOL I was just going to treat myself at the end of the 30 days to see if I was going to love Yoga, but ended up getting it earlier since I know I totally love Yoga with Adriene sooner that I thought. Looks like I still have to share my mat with my kids who keep doing handstands on it. Thank you, thank you Adriene.

  34. I'm really loving 30 days of yoga. I have always enjoyed yoga but haven't practiced in so long. Now i look forward to my (almost) daily practice. I am very inflexible but am starting to notice that I'm slowly getting more flexible through these practices. I have a long way to go though.

  38. Hi Adriene- I have loved yoga most of my life. Several years ago I moved from Austin to our ranch near Horseshoe Bay- I find it difficult to get to classes now. I randomly chose your 30 day challenge mainly because I love your spirit! You are a positive ray of sunshine and you remind me of my daughters I will be following your instruction from now on- thank you

    Once again I am so thankful I found your classes. It's only been 2 weeks now but I am feeling better already. I couldn't stay in eagle pose the whole time but I will get there.
