Yoga Camp is the sequel to last years 30 Days of Yoga series. It's a free 30 Day "Bootcamp" for the Mind, Body & Soul. 30 Days Of Yoga for physical and mental health. Everyone is invited to camp!!!

        I did your 30day challenge and found out the i had breast cancer ...i was teaching at the time ..took time off from work and stated my cancer journey. .just finished my last chemotherapy earlier in december and so happy to start my yoga journey ..want to thank you for this and the daily emails they helped me so much ..thank you again ..

  5. I loved your 30-day series and cycled through it a couple times last year and find myself comfortable with a lot of poses and even dabbled in to the world of inversion. But when I got pregnant, I got intimidated that some poses weren't good for me/baby. Do you think Yoga Camp is prenatal safe for someone more at the intermediate level!? Thanks! (PS-I'm 20 weeks)

  32. I have fallen in love with Yoga, thanks to you. You're easy going and relaxed, and it feels like I'm doing yoga with a neighbor!

    I'm 56 years old and noticed I was losing strength in my arms and legs. It took more effort to open jars and get up off the floor after sitting down, etc.

    I didn't think I'd be a good candidate for Yoga, because I didn't think I was very flexible. I started 30 Days of Yoga (I just finished Day 27), and I feel like a new woman! My strength is returning, I'm much more flexible than I thought, and while I've always been "glad I did it" after a workout, I've never felt so GOOD and energized after exercise as I do yoga!

    I've been wondering what I would do after the 30 Days was complete, and now I know....Yoga Camp! Yay!!!

  52. Thank you for the first letter, Adriene. It was exactly what I needed today - to begin to work on accepting things as they are when they are outside of my control. Change is good and action is good, too, sometimes, but when you're feeling unwell or certain things cannot currently be changed, I realize that there is no need to pile frustration, anger, resentment, self-criticism on top of it. I accept my body where it is and how it is feeling today. I accept that every moment is different. Thank you.

  57. Thank you for creating this camp. You have met me where I have resided to focus. I am excited to be a part of this camp and welcome the journey as I walk my path, At 57, flexible yet out of shape and faced with health issues. Stress and laziness had me on and off the mat.

    I truly believe that God has rolled out my mat, an opportunity to obtain my 200RYS. I start on the 22nd, adding Yoga Camp to my classes and practice is perfectly aligning the journey.

  58. After my yoga class was canceled, I started looking online for yoga and found yours. It was the only one that seemed real and connected to. Started with the 30 day Challenge- downloaded them- it was great, so I could take it with me and do yoga when I had to travel for work.
    I wanted to thank you for leading such an amazing practice and making it available here. It has motivated and encouraged me to begin and continue my home practice and exciting journey for the past 11 months.

  61. OK, I'm a bit confused. I've been looking for an email today and have not received anything yet...there was supposed to be an email to queue us to the video being available?? At least that is what I thought was supposed to happen. Thanks to other postings, I did find the Day 1 video on You Tube. Are we supposed to go to You Tube each day to get the newest video? Sorry if I'm being slow to understand how all this is supposed to work. Appreciate more explanation as to what to expect.

      1. Any way to post them earlier? I can get up at 6am eastern time, but when you post at 7am eastern, I have to either juggle to fit this in during nap time before my older daughter gets home or in segments throughout the day or late at night before bed instead of going to bed early. I might just have to skip a day so I can view it early the next morning.

    1. Hi Milena - Sorry you're not getting the emails. Our system shows that we've sent out the first three days but they haven't been opened. Could you try checking your Junk or Spam folder. Or just search for "Yoga Camp - Day 3 - Embrace Yo' Self".

I have been a fan and devotee of your yoga community for nine months now - I love it...so I signed up for Yoga Camp as soon as you announced it, got my calendar and then, due to family issues, have only to start today. Except I can't find any emails from you (let alone daily emails) after 31st December. When I go to Yoga Camp on your website I just get the sign up page and no Yoga Camp sessions. I feel so disappointed as I was counting on catching up and joining the rest of the community...please, please can you get me on track, with the daily emails and access to the daily session? in the meantime I will return to my 'reboot' sessions which I love!

        I signed up for downloadable videos for this series after giving a donation.

        At the beginning of the month, I had access to all of the videos. Now, I can only download the most recent videos (i.e. Day 28 and Day 29). For earlier videos, only downloads for the calendar and subtitles are available.

        I don't have regular access to wifi, so won't be able to use the links that you provided above. For the same reason, I haven't been able to download the videos as they become available.

        If you could advise as to how to access earlier videos, it would be really helpful!

    1. I would also like to know! What kind of yoga pants are you wearing throughout the yoga camp videos? Also, where can I find those awesome little tanks you wear underneath your tank top? It is always a struggle to keep "the girls" from exposing themselves during class. I am embracing modesty here 🙂

  81. Joining the camp late...very late but at least I have showed up! Today completed Day 5 and I am enjoying it. I even shared with a coworker last night who is joining me on this endeavor. It's all a part of me honoring my #oneword2016 Pause as I explore other things to keep moving and maintain good overall health. 5 days into it I can definitely say I am sore, sore in a different way than I am after a long run but still sore in a good way. I look forward to participating the rest of the camp.

  86. At 1:00 a.m., I received a telephone call telling e that my mother had just passed away. It wasn't unexpected. She was almost 96 years old and in poor health. I couldn't go back to bed, so I did five Yoga Camp videos in a row. I dedicated the practice to my Mom. Adriene's presence and voice, the mantras, and the poses were a great comfort to me. I went for a run at dawn and came back to find Day 30 in my email. I finished the series and faced the day with a sense of peace and purpose. Thank you Adriene and the yoga community.

    I found the 30 days of Yoga with Adrienne around a year after you posted those and now 30 days of Yoga Camp around a year after you posted those. While I may be slow to find you, I very much appreciate that I have found you.
    I am glad that you are having such success with the videos.
    Your style resonates with me and while my 30 days takes a few days longer (life gets in the way), I do manage to get through by day 40.
    At the beginning of each video, I greet you aloud as though my session was in-person, and I feel happy to be connected to your energy.

Hello Adrienne, I have learned about your 30 day programs just January 2018, quite a bit later than they were first released, but since then, I have done most of them and am well into yoga camp now. I do two sessions a day because I want a longer practice. Considering this, is it better to do them back to back for a bigger benefit? Sometimes I find myself with half hour here and half hour there in one day, but I think it's better to do the hour on the mat at one time. What do you think? (If a session is 35-40 min, I really enjoy that, because then I can simply add another 10 min on my own and I don't need to start another video.)
