I have tried several other yoga videos and after following yours they are all I have done and needed for the past 18 months or so, You are a very talented instructor and are mindful of individual circumstances. Is it possible to download these as I often work away and don't have Internet access?
Nick you can download a software called ClipGrab. Once in ClipGrab, open a second window, find the videos you want and copy and paste the URL of the videos you want in the ClipGrab search bar. They will upload to your desktop and you can then put them on a memory stick/thumb drive. Once you have checked your thumb drive to make sure all is fine, you can delete from your desktop. Then, plug your thumb drive into your computer's USB port and do yoga anywhere, anytime. This is how I do it and I hope it works for you, too.
