Yoga for Strength and Focus

This sequence is an active and aware practice for building strength in the body and connecting to your focus. This sequence wakes up the body and with practice will help build strong muscles in the legs, arms and core. This practice is also intended to assist you in becoming more aware of your thoughts, your words and your ultimately your focus. This can help with concentration on a project or connecting to your bigger purpose. Return to this practice regularly to see how you have grown! You are capable of so much! Namaste!

    1. would love to find out what the music was at the end. Very powerful - seemed sacred and divine. re-played it many times. I am a member. yoga is my rock. Yoga changed my life. I am a brand new yoga teacher.

  4. Wow the outro brought me back to your live class in Amsterdam! I felt connected and emotional -but in a good way, like a blanket can smell like a horse in a good way.

    I have been struggling with having a very low energy, sleeping for over 12 hours and still being tired and feeling drained in the evening. Yesterday evening I finally started feeling better and this practice was just wat I needed to connect with my inner strength again.

    Thanks to you Adriene, I keep reminding myself to listen to my body and honour it. Otherwise I would have never allowed myself to take a rest this week and let my body heal.

    There are many many things i would like to say to you, but the main thing is (otherwise I can go on and on and I know you're busy)

    I am truly grateful for all that you are, for you being you
