Adriene, what a lovely way to start my day. I bit shaky but who cares, the crow ending was fun!
One question - what's that powerful tune in the end? I love it.
All the best
would love to find out what the music was at the end. Very powerful - seemed sacred and divine. re-played it many times. I am a member. yoga is my rock. Yoga changed my life. I am a brand new yoga teacher.
Wow the outro brought me back to your live class in Amsterdam! I felt connected and emotional -but in a good way, like a blanket can smell like a horse in a good way.
I have been struggling with having a very low energy, sleeping for over 12 hours and still being tired and feeling drained in the evening. Yesterday evening I finally started feeling better and this practice was just wat I needed to connect with my inner strength again.
Thanks to you Adriene, I keep reminding myself to listen to my body and honour it. Otherwise I would have never allowed myself to take a rest this week and let my body heal.
There are many many things i would like to say to you, but the main thing is (otherwise I can go on and on and I know you're busy)
I am truly grateful for all that you are, for you being you
May our paths cross again
