VLOG Update! Slithered out of my sick bed to do some work and thought I would say hello with a vlog since there is so many exciting things in the cue! Hi! I hope this video finds you doing well! Stay connected! Leave questions and comments below! More yoga videos coming your way!
Hello Adriene!
I'm very excited for future practices. I became a vegetarian in January of this year and I began yoga as a fun side-mission in giving life new meaning this summer. Since, I've been journeying through a transformative process into #findingwhatfeelsgood; and my body and attitude has shown significant improvement.
MANY gracious thanks for being mine and many others Yoga Guru, from my heart, lungs, and brain to yours,

I noticed my hip being tight and now my knee also. When doing sissors i hear a big clunk when i move one hip. Same side the knee wont bend completely and is swollen lower inside/front of it. I dont know how to fix it. Any ideas?
Hi,
I truely love your yoga classes!! I was wondering if you have thought about doing a baby wearing yoga class on your blog?
I'm a new mom and between everything I love taking a moment to reconnect. However, I recently attended a baby wearing yoga class and thought it was incredible! The class is now over and I find myself craving some baby wearing yoga!
Happy Friday

Hi Adrienne! I have been doing your yoga classes since you only had 3 videos online! I am a busy mom of 3 and I love your classes. Short and sweet, great for moms.
Do you think you could do a class that is just for moms that stretches shoulder, neck, peck (from carrying the babies all the time) back (again carrying babies ALL the time) and feet! Can you call it yoga for moms? So I can find it easily? No need to put relaxation meditation in it because we are usually doing yoga surrounded by children who crawl underneath you while doing poses like downward dog! Lol
Thanks!
Keep up the great work

I was never into you tube until I started following your yoga program. I'm in my 30's had a stroke a couple years ago and for my own physical therapy and literal balance started yoga. The benefits mentally and physically due to the inequality I have in my strength due to the stroke have improved remarkable. The trunkal ataxia and ocular vestibular issues I deal with have also improved with my daily practice. Thank you for having videos that reach out to the not as traditional yogi and allowing it to benefit me more than even my years of physical and occupational therapy have without costing all the $$$. I am a nurse and realize I may not be able to work at the patient beside again but hope I can eventually work in wellness or education that encourages prevention and healthful living. You're inspiring!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Adrienne for another fantastic free 30 days of yoga. I am a busy nurse but did not miss a day and feel better for it.
