  1. Good, but tough. Just what I needed, for a slightly stiff back today. I'm really enjoying mixing up more power/vinyasa yoga with the foundations which go back to basics, and the more restorative sessions when I need them. Thank you so much. Yoga is addictive!

  2. Woke up with a very tight back today, either from running yesterday or from tightening up during a meeting in a freezing cold room, or maybe both! Just finished this practice, and I feel sooo much better. Thank you!

  3. this is/was a wonderful practice today, thank you! i do have a question however, i was doing a session recently and felt one of my muscles/joints in my lower back twinge, is there anything you might recommend to help it untwinge, as some of the twists are now semi-painful?
