Hi there,
I am 5 weeks post hysterectomy surgery and was cleared by my Dr to practice yoga gently. I am practically new to yoga and was wondering where to start. With this video or the reboot challenge? I am feeling low, hormonal moods swings, and totally disconnected from everything. I am 42. Really looking forward to any suggestions. Thanks!
Adriene has yoga for every level and virtually any situation. Recovery takes time from a hysterectomy. It is a huge adjustment on so many levels. Yoga really does help reconnect to your body, mind and spirit through gentle practice. It is compassionate care which is so needed after something like a hysterectomy. Hystersisters.com is another wonderful site that I found beneficial. Combined with yoga with Adriene, it creates a total care package. Healing thoughts to you.
"Avoid the clap Jimmy Dugan!"...classic movie.
Yes! A League of Their Own is one of my childhood faves, fo sho!!! "Gracefully and grandly..." Yes, that is what she says!!!
Thanks for your videos- I love how positive and nurturing you are.
Love this flow (and every flow you post! Your YouTube channel has been a Godsend)! Quick Question: what poses would you recommend for a tilted uterus (or for strengthening and lengthening pelvic ligaments)? XOXO
I always forget this is the video where Adriene prattles on and on as if she’s having a conversation in yoga class, it brings to mind that scene in Big Little Lies. Please, Adriene, stop the mindless chatter.
