Yoga For Loneliness is a full body practice for all levels. No matter what state of loneliness you are in or have been in, this sequence will serve you. A hands free, low to the ground practice that stays off the hands and knees and opens up the body using the breath to unite the mind and body in a way that serves.     2. Me too, I've been meaning to get back to me and my spirit and bringing a positive energy back into my body. I've recently left a toxic work environment and am taking this opportunity to 'get back to me' as I used to regularly do yoga, and without it I feel there is a part of me missing.

  14. Thank you for this. Yesterday I entered my 45th year and had to accept the reality I've been preparing myself for. Experiencing motherhood will not be a possibility for me. I've tried to move thru the stages of grief but the heartbreak & loneliness resonate loudly. I will be coming back to this practice often. Thank you.

  16. Wow! I needed and loved this practice today! I am not feeling lonely but miss my daughter and her family who are stationed in Okinawa. A very worrisome time for me and my husband with them in harm's way. So anxiety is with me most days. Thank you for sharing your practice with us all.

  25. Adriene, I feel compelled to tell you that God really used you to answer a prayer today. I was crumpled on the floor sobbing for about 30 minutes because I felt empty, helpless and utterly alone, and was begging and pleading with God to show me what to do, how to carry on. I didn't open the e-mail that contained this practice when I got it because I was trying to do so many other things at the time. This morning I wanted to open it quickly before getting ready for work and it's a practice that addresses exactly what I was asking God for yesterday! Just seeing God answer my prayer this way made me feel so much better, and the practice I'm sure will lift my spirits tremendously! Thank you!
