  1. Hello. I am a 73 year old brand new beginner. This video is a bit advanced for me is there a simpler video I can start with?

  2. You are so sweet and fabulous! I like all of the workouts that I have tried and replay some frequently. "Date night" is a favorite.
    I wish I could find out how long they are before I open them, I prefer 45+ minute sessions, sometimes I will do 2 in a row.
