Dear Adriane...
First of all congratulations for your inspiring videos!!I am Alkmini for Greece and I have been practising yoga with your videos for two months and I've already noticed differences on my body. Since this video is about detox a have another question for you....How do you keep your face skin so bright and clear??Ok I know that the greatest part is about genes but do you have any daily routin about this?Do you suggest any product or practice?Thank you in advance 🙂
Hi my friend and thank you!
I think my skin has come from clean eating mostly. I notice when I drink or eat sugar my skin gets more fussy. Lately I have been struggling with my skin (for the first time in my adulthood) due to some medication that I was taking for my vocal surgery this summer. It's brutal but I try to not stress- ride the way and work to get back to the place where I feel good. (find what feels good 😉 )The idea for me is to cleanse the body of the toxins and sometimes when you do that you will have to purge the toxins -which will come out in the skin- blemishes, irritable skin, pimples, etc. SO- cleanse it out. This does not necessarily mean you have to go on some crazy juice cleanse or master cleanse. It can simply mean- drink more water. (In fact, we all need to anyway)
I also use natural products, wash my face each morning and night- and pay attention to my diet.
I hope this helps! Clean eating, washing rituals, lots of water and happy thoughts.

I love your videos Adriene! Your original, fun, and real. I found your video on a search engine and enjoyed every moment. I intend to follow and workout with you from now on. Thanks for all that you do and your inspiration.
Thank you Nancy! I hope you enjoy the channel and your practice. Let me know how it goes and if I can do anything to help! Lets inspire one another! Namaste!
Adriene,
First of all let me say how grateful I am to have found you! I love your approach to yoga and you make it so fun with your constant 'nerd-outs'. Love it. I loved this sequence. I have recently returned to the mat (4 months ago). I am having a really difficult time with my breath and connecting that to my movements. I often will hold my breath during a sequence (unintentionally). I think I might be so focused on the pose that I lose that connection with the breath. Is there anything I can do at home to practice my breathing? I also have experienced some tightness or shallowness in my breath as well…not sure if thats because Ive just returned to the mat and my lungs are adjusting to the activity? I don't know…Would love to hear your feedback. Blessings.
Hi Adriene ! Thank you for this nice video !!! I try to follow one or two of your video classes every day and it really helps me feel good in my body and mind ! You're so very inspiring and I wish I could follow your classes in Austin... But I live in France... 🙁 Anyway have a great day and keep posting so wonderful videos !!
Just did this - loved it! Thank you.
Sending my love and positivity from Brooklyn, New York! It's been almost a year now that I have been practicing with you. These practices remind me that even with going to school in the city, and being on sensory overload day in and out, it's still sososo important to do a little something for yourself, so that you can go out into the world and be the best person you can be! Thanks for that ;).
Hi Adriene! I absolutely love your yoga videos! I was wondering what song you used in the background of this video, I've noticed you also use it in another one too. What's the track, who's the artist? Thanks!
Hi Adriene!
I know you hear it all the time but I'm going to say it again: thank you for being you! You are so inspiring and uplifting. Please keep doing what you do!
I have been watching your videos since last summer and have made them a part of my morning routine (they are awesome, please keep them coming). Recently, I have made attempts to practice yoga on my own and mix and match the poses I've learned with you. My question is, what type music do you listen to, if at all, when you do yoga on your own? I feel like I really need some background music to keep from being distracted. Any suggestions?!
Thank you again 🙂
I am a Holistic health Coach here in Israel and your videos are a G-dsend. I have not found my yoga practice here, and it was such a hole in my life. I look forward to trying all of your videos, I am already addicted to the bedtime routine and 2 morning routines I tried. I'm looking forward to your emails and creating my practice and evolving with it together with you. I wrote a book called the 7 day sugar detox and this is the perfect yoga session to embed into the ebook. I'd love to show it to you and ask your permission to share it with my audience of expats here in Israel as well. Much love, Namaste
This was wonderful--thank you for your videos. You are truly doing such a wonderful service to all of us!
Hey girl! Your absolutely great and wonderful!!! found you on youtube and started my yoga again after many years!!! Thank you, and please keep on doing this amazing vids 😀
Hey Adriene!
I am SO glad to have found a website like yours! With someone as funny, pleasant, and talented as you 🙂
I plan on following your routines all through my vacations and hopefully create a solid habit of doing it even when uni classes kick back in 😉
Since this is a detox video, I found it pertinent to ask: what do you think about hot yoga? Are its detox benefits dramatically different from the regular yoga?
I have been going to a hot yoga studio on a trial promotion for three weeks, but now I must chose between doind it by myself (and videos, of course) at home or continuing to go to the studio, which is much more costly in time and money... So i've been doing some research and putting some thought if hot yoga is really that much more worth it...
Thanks a million, and congrats! 🙂
Namastê
Ana

Hi Adriene,
I am so happy to have found you through the DYY posts and articles on Facebook! For the first time ever, your Yoga sequences worked on me. I finally found peace and tranquility within me. For some reason it doesn't stream 🙁
I do your vinyasa videos every week, and I love them! This one is still my absolute favorite video!! Can you please make some more vinyasa flows like this one?
All the best from Norway
Hi Adriene,
First I wanted to thank you for your videos. I really appreciate the variety of routines you post according to what our bodies might need at different times of day, and according to what we might need emotionally - energising, or calming or supporting. I love your approach of doing what feels good and exploring, rather than feeling like you have to do it 'right'. I've been ill with Late Stage/Chronic Lyme Disease for a few years now, which often causes a lot of muscle weakness and fatigue. Detoxing is hugely important for my treatment and I found that your yoga videos are hugely helpful when I can do them. However, I'm often only strong enough to do really gentle stuff, and only for a short time (like 15 mins max). I'd really appreciate a very short, healing sequence, for gentle detoxing, which makes small movements go a long way. I'd love your help with this, but thank you for all the help you've already given.
This is one of my favourite YWA routines/videos! I always come back to it - its perfect as its short, and gives me a relaxing kick I often need. I've been trying to eat better to reduce belly aches, and this yoga routine really helps in my journey. There are days I'm too tired or pressed for time to go for a run or do a longer yoga routine, but I can usually find 20 minutes for myself on the mat. Thank you, Adriene, for sharing your yoga practice with us.
Great practice! It is the perfect length to get a flow going on a limited time day. I love the outdoor setting too.
Hello Adrienne ,
I’m ever so grateful for your yoga ♀️ videos. They are simply the best!!!
My mind and my body thank you
Hello,
I am a pediatrician and have been counseling children and teens struggling during the pandemic. I have been recommending yoga and meditation to them and their parents. Your videos have been inspirational and I want you to know that you are helping so many people cope with anxiety and depression. Thank you for all that you do. Lots of love from Detroit!
Hi Adriene,
Thank you.
I feel like I am late to this game, seeing the dates on this page when people have written to you. No matter when I found your video's, I am just glad that I did.
I have been doing a little bit of Yoga for years. Went to some classes but mostly at home on my own. I would like you to know, that I can feel how much patience you have through the video's and it resonates in such a good way. I take my time.
I just finishd the 'Yoga For Detox' as an afternoon break before continuing my day and it gave me energy!
So thank you very much for you. Glad you are here 🙂
