You make me smile every time I watch the videos. I am happy to say, I do yoga daily now with your videos. Thank you and my body thanks you. Namaste.
Add me to your list of fans. I like your style of teaching and your sense of humor. You have that "it". ๐ I look forward to continuing my journey with you. Thank you.
I didn't know where else to post this, but I'm so ecstatic that you're coming to Chicago in October! My birthday is the week following your Sunday October 4th class, so your presence will be my present. Yes yes, corny way to put it, but it's true. See you soon, I can't wait.
YAY Amy! YAY! See you soon! The Chicago deets will post soon. xoxoo
Adriene,
Please know that many of us out here are using your videos to build our practice, and you are precious in your attempts to encourage us!! Just wanted you to know we're with ya girl, and loving every minute. Thanks for being my workout partner!!
Ah, I appreciate this so Mary! xooxox Thank you!
Love this! I was just sitting on the couch feeling lousy and just randomly google-ing around when I thought I'd see if you'd put any new vids up! This will be so handy for travelling and when I have to kill time in waiting rooms etc! Thanks Adriene ๐ X
HI Adriene. I love your couch potatoe work out. I have Lyme for six years and some time it;s hard to get on the floor. My arms don't work, sometimes they can't hold me up. So thank you for the couch potato yoga. God Bless. Linda
Adriene, you are my favorite yoga teacher EVER! I've been doing your videos for a couple years now and recommending them to anyone who will listen.
Could you do more extended savasana at the end of your videos? Often you guide us into a perfect final pose, only to cut rapidly to a higher-volume debriefing of the video. I'm guessing most people, like me, don't want to get up and hit pause on their computers before re-settling into corpse pose.
That said: you are amazing. Thanks for being you.
Just did this at my desk at work! Love it! So nice when you sit down all day to get a few stretches in! ๐
Hey, Adriene! since you seem awesome at replying to posts...
when are you planning your rockstar tour to the UK? You have a big following in Edinburgh......where your videos make daily yoga a possibility since classes are ยฃ12 (extortionate)!!! (all three people I know watch your videos and LOVE them) Cheers buddy!
Thank you so much for this, and all your other, videos. I'm in recovery from major surgery on my femur and really missing being mobile and active but this sequence is so perfect for getting that feeling back in my body and heart. Also, please consider bringing your roadshow to the UK sometime! Love and Light to you xx
When is your Roadshow coming to London, England Adriene?
Hi Adriene,
You have saved me. Thank you for your accessibility and your very reasonable classes. I have had two hip replacements and back issues forever. Thank you for helping me stay moving.
My mother in law has COPD and has recently had a big setback, resulting in her being unable to move around much. She is out of breath when she gets from the couch to the kitchen, and so she stays on the couch a lot.
She has terrible sciatica now, added to her breathing problems. I suggested yoga, but I'm not sure what to recommend to her for what she can do. She needs breathing help, and help with sciatica.
What do you suggest? Your classes or someone else's, this is critical.
Thank you so much Adriene.

You're the best Adriene. You bring consciousness to everything, even zoning out. TYVM!
Excellent video!
