Balance the liver energy meridian. Love your liver. Balancing the liver meridian is important for so many reasons. An unhealthy liver causes anger and frustration which can manifest in the body. Avoid digestive issues and combat bloating by tending to the energetic body. Tending to this energy meridian can assist in weight loss and can help detoxify. Good for your blood and good for you! Awesome for when you are feeling irritable and cranky. Breathe mindfully in those twists and through the side body - and work it out. Namaste.

Hi Adriene, thanks so much for posting this. I'm curious to know, can I do this routine when I'm pregnant? I'm 19 weeks pregnant and would love to try this flow; I know not to do any deep twists or lower body twists, and to be easy and gentle in general (I've started your Prenatal package recently) and to not overextend anything. If I modify the poses if necessary, is it OK to do this flow? Many thanks.

My fav is sun salutations.coordinating breath to movement has added new dimension to it. It has increased my stamina.i have more energy to play with my kid.
