  1. I LOVE lion pose!!! Thanks for this beautiful start to a new year. I love, love, love your yoga style. I wish I could post pictures on here, both of my dogs joined me in savasana today. It was awesome!

    1. Maja, Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am pregnant too...33 weeks! And I have completed all three videos of yoga camp so far, so I say go for it!! I am actually especially excited to participate in this yoga challenge as I believe we have a unique perspective...knowing that as the month goes on our physical capabilities will likely DECREASE, haha. This provides us the opportunity to focus even more on the BREATH and the MANTRAS!

I have really enjoyed keeping up my yoga practice throughout my pregnancy by following YWA (thank you, Adriene!!). Take Adriene's advice to listen to your body and make modifications when needed. There are LOTS of poses I no longer am able to do but here are my go to substitutions:

      Down dog
      Warrior I
      Extended Childs Pose
      Cat/Cow
      Yogic Squat
Forward Fold and Wide Leg Forward Fold

Enjoy your practice and your pregnancy! Namaste πŸ™‚

  2. Hi, I signed up and received the calendar but no other emails. Looks like I've missed out on days 1 and 2?

      1. Thanks for the quick reply. I subscribed a second time, and got the link through for day 1 a few minutes ago. So all is resolved, thanks again.

  3. I just finished day 3 and it was, of course, awesome! I am REALLY enjoying Yoga Camp, it is exactly what I need to start the new year. I am so grateful for Adriene, her videos have been there for me in hard times and she has taught me that my yoga mat always has my back. I absolutely LOVE how Yoga Camp is really focusing on affirmations, intentions and mantras.

I am sure I am not the only one who would love if you sold Yoga Camp t-shirts!! How awesome would that be, YWA family!?!?

Thank you SO much Adriene, I am so grateful for you and your videos!!!

  4. I love the yogacamp. It is a great way to start my day. I feel so calm and ready for what's ahead of me. Adrienne you are an incredible instructor. I like your free spirit and how you say or do silly things. It makes the practice enjoyable and not so serious. Thank you for creating these.

  5. I'm also having trouble with the emails. I signed up a few days before the camp started and I got the introduction email but not the daily emails. So yesterday (the 3rd) I signed up again and I'm now getting the daily emails, but I'm ahead of them now. I'm on time with the videos (doing day 4 tomorrow, the 5th) but I've only just received the day 2 email this afternoon. If there's a way to fix this I'd appreciate it πŸ™‚

And keep up the great work! Love your videos, I recommend them to everyone who asks me about yoga. πŸ™‚

  6. Hi!!! I just found you and this wonderful community....is it too late to sign up for the 30 day camp? and if i can still join, how? thank you so much! πŸ™‚

  7. Wow! Lion's pose felt empowering! Thanks again for another great session Adriene. Right after completing the day 2 video I felt really achy all over and totally fatigued. I decided to power through today do video #3 and I'm glad I did.

  8. I love this 30 day challenge, only 3 days and I love myself so much more!
Thanks Adriene for your sharing, i am so thankful❀️

  9. Great to be back into a 30 day course with Adriene. I really enjoyed last year's. So far this one is much tougher but I love it. On to Day 4.

  10. I have never done yoga before and I love this!! It's kinda cool I have been learning over past several years about being self aware and listening to my body! Maybe because I am getting older...just turned 50 and proud of it! πŸ™‚ But never knew that was what yoga was all about! I just thought it was about funky poses! But I really love this and I feel great! Thanks Adrienne for sharing your life and passion! It is very inspiring! -mandy

  11. Thank you, my best online friend πŸ™‚ A lovely chilled practise for this Sunday morning! Arohanui from Aotearoa! (New Zealand) I hope you know how much change and light you bring into peoples lives .... you are truly amazing... Namaste xxx

  12. I'm doing the camp at a whole different rhythm, because of my crazy work hours, but every day I manage to do it I am glad I could find the time. Thank you for this, Adriene, these are calm but fun videos and practises, and now I can see why I heard so many good things about you. Love this one and have to admit I had a couple of good laughs with lion pose.
    Thank you for sharing

  13. Hi, just finished Day 3 and I cant believe the difference in my stress levels! I am new to yoga and I must say, I love how you do the lessons. You are a wonderful teacher! Thank you so much for making me smile more often and to feel more centered.

  14. Just finished Day 3 and I am enjoying the sessions very much. Love your Yoga style! And looking forward to the next lesson.

  15. Thank you so much for this day. I was having a bad day and this practice felt particularly gentle and emotionally healing.

  16. You are great Adriene, it's wonderfull to follow your Yoga Camp. I followed your 30 Days of Yoga before that . You are the best in the web. Just found out about the donation, will do a donation soon. Hope that everybody is donating something to keep on encouraging your amazing generosity Thank you

  17. When I started today I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted to embrace. By the end as I lay in cobbler pose I knew that I needed to embrace the changes that were happening in my life instead of kicking against them. πŸ™‚

  18. I love your video's however get half way through and it stops, spooling for quite a long time before starting again then sometimes ends in error. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

  19. Adriene you rock the kasbah, and help us to do the same. High fives all round πŸ˜‰ Thank you x

  20. I love your yoga.Thank you so much for sharing. It would be great to have more relaxing time at the end of the practice before the music comes on and it switches to the next day.

  21. Wow chick! So love your Yoga style.. you definitley helped me embrace the start of my yoga journey several months ago. Thanks for keeping it all so real, and inspiring me to show up for myself...
My yoga mat is me time and my happy place it helps me to.. balance restore..refuel... and just let myself be with whatever that feels like on the day.. or minute. And you are such a crack up. Your mantras are inspiring.
Keep up the love and awesomeness galfriend.. xxx thank you so much

  22. Brilliant, Adriene I just want to scoop you up and bottle you. These sessions are brilliant. You're style is fluid, fun and clear. Great for a novice or an experienced yogi. Namaste

  23. Adriene,
Thank you, thank you, thank you for making yoga affordable πŸ™‚ I'm starting to practice again. Tmw is my birthday and I am glad to start my new year with yoga! _/\_

  24. I am just coming off of doing P90X and decided I wanted to keep my body moving every day, so my sister recommended yoga with Adriene; I found Yoga Camp and it turned out to be on day 1! Three days in to it and I look forward to these every day and feel much more satisfied when I complete a session with Adriene than I did with P90X (not to knock it, as it was the intense workout that my body craved at the time). Thank you for putting such a positive workout out here for us all to enjoy! You rock my socks, lady!

  25. My acupuncturist told me to avoid twisting poses due to severe tightness in my mid section and lower back. He said it would exacerbate the problem. Do you have suggestions for replacement poses for say warrior and lying or sitting twists? Maybe I need to try another series or...?

  26. Ugh, I have diastasis recti and when I did yesterday's workout I got a charley horse in my left side stomach, I kind of thought that I had ruptured something, but it was just a muscular spasm, I think. No pain afterwards. I had twins 2 1/2 years ago, now notice that I am scared to do this workout πŸ™
Anyone else have diastasis recti and managing to fix it? I kinda thought that the yoga would help, am super sensible too so not doing stupid things I can feel are impossible.

  27. Just started Yoga Camp 3 days ago and am absolutely loving it so far! I did the 30 days of yoga a few months ago and am loving yoga since then. Thank you for making the yoga poses seem achievable as I can't go to classes. Thank you so much!!❀️

  28. I just strategy yoga journey and I made it to day 3. I am sore but I am looking forward to seeing what my body can do after 30 days.I get up at 5:15 and practice Yoga with Adriene.
